What do you like best about InfoZoom?

It is very useful at all times, however I consider it very basic. It has some features and interface that can give some the feeling of being a bit old interface. It has a very complete dashboard, although it lacks notifications, it is very useful in its function. Does what it promises. Among its versions, the one we like and choose the most was the Explorer version that we found much more complete for our needs... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InfoZoom?

The only thing I can mention is that it seems to me somewhat rudimentary at times. And that technical support is only available during office hours. But for now it is not a major problem for us ... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is InfoZoom solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using InfoZoom in its Explorer version, I particularly think that it is a tool that to a certain extent I can consider basic, but relatively easy to use and it has many options to carry out audit tests for people who have little knowledge in the area, but who end up learning a lot with such a tool.
