OfficeTimer is a free, online timesheet and online project management application. It lets you track on employee’s time, his projects, project time, task time, attendance, payroll, costing, expenses, and billing. This free timesheet provides trouble-free task and project management capabilities. In short, it’s an all-in-one timesheet and project management application. It helps to delegate, track tasks and manage the projects effectively. It’s user-friendly and has customized features. It lets you assess the productivity of all the employees and profitability of a project. The various report format is available to make sense of all the data recorded. It offers flexibility to create fixed price or Time - based projects with clearly defined milestones and a bird’s eye view of every task. Android and iOS-based apps are available to integrate cloud-based time tracking tool to stay on top of everything on the move. **What do you like best about OfficeTimer?**

The Office timer leave management module is really easy to use both for the admin and employees. The best thing I liked about it is the ability to create multiple types of leaves and how easy it is to manage the leave policy. I tried it on other tools and this one had the best implementation.

**What do you dislike about OfficeTimer?**

The tool is slightly laggy. Something ot takes very long to load, sometime the pages does not load and you see the white screen. Though thar does not happen very often, and is certainly not a deal breaker.

**What problems is OfficeTimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The office timer tool has few module in it, we specifically use the time off and module for leave management. It is really easy to use, and we wanted a tool which would fit with our leave policy. We were able to implement our leave policy with leave types without any issues usig this tool.

**What do you like best about OfficeTimer?**

OfficeTimer is accurate timesheet software that helps you know if your team is really productive. It is a cloud based that provides time tracking, computer work session monitoring, reminders, invoicing, reporting tool and many more. It is simple and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about OfficeTimer?**

There are few things I didn't like but it was because I had already used another similar program. The truth is that the whole program is quite good and highly recommended.

**What problems is OfficeTimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a one person company - and like most single user companies I need to be working not spending much time on administration. Office Timer tracks all of my time spent on each client and makes my monthly billing a breeze. I am not the most technical savvy person in the world and whenever I have an issue or a question Sri and his team are always there to help immediately. I would recommend Office Timer again and again.

It's efficient as this is the commonly missed information, such as leave credits, and how many are left. It keeps vital information intact and easy to check

**What do you dislike about OfficeTimer?**

It could have been perfect if it had a messaging option. As all information is already on the site, it would have been better if you didn't have to open another platform for communication.

**What problems is OfficeTimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time efficiency and data-keeping. This usually takes time for me to check, confirm, approve or deny leave. But with officetimer, it makes everything easier.

**What do you like best about OfficeTimer?**

It's an all in one software for any organization to track employee management, billing, project tracking and management. It's accurately calculate the productivity of each team members and helpful in the remote working environment.

**What do you dislike about OfficeTimer?**

I really don't have any dislike from the software because it's effectively manage my needs and requirements.  It needs time to get adjusted to the UI and various options you need.

**What problems is OfficeTimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Effectively tracking the activity of team members in a project and very helpful in calculating the effective working hours of each member. In the remote working environment it's really useful to track each member activity.

**What do you like best about OfficeTimer?**

OfficeTimer is great online tool that provides variety of good features for office management. Online record of attendance and leaves so that HR can keep track easily even on remote locations. In the culture of work from home sharing of records with other members is great feature. Multiple language support for dashboard. It also keep track of billings of clients. Payroll records of employees. It has pretty decent price service offers as compared to other costly tools that are out there in the market.

**What do you dislike about OfficeTimer?**

However it not very costly to use but Graphical user interface is little bit puzzle
Sometimes in case of connection drops it lost the progress so make sure you are saving it parallel while working on this tool

**What do you like best about OfficeTimer?**

Ease of use is definitely one of the main reasons I've stuck with Office Timer. It allows me to track how efficient my team is and where there is room for improvement. I'd definitely appreciate more updates that get more on the technical side and give suggestions on how to manage time between team members.

**What do you dislike about OfficeTimer?**

Not much! The price is just right - very economical to say the least. I would say that more functionality would be appreciated, but that is definitely not something I'd downvote the software for!

**Recommendations to others considering OfficeTimer:**

Give it a shot! It worked for my office needs. However, we have upgraded to our own software that mimics something similar. This is more tailored to what we need, but we started off with Office Timer as a reference!

**What problems is OfficeTimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've been able to accurately pick up payroll processing errors by using Office Timer. Moreover, I've found a much more cohesive structure within my company by using this software.

It’s very easy to use, works fast to track the time i spend on each client and makes my billing really fast and effective, the client support is replying very fast.

Very easy to setup, use, and manage.  Makes time tracking simple.  Easy to manage time sheet approval, expense approval, and time off.

**What do you dislike about OfficeTimer?**

Reporting is not the best.  Ease of reporting would be helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering OfficeTimer:**

Great software to use for tracking time for employees.  I have been highly satisfied and would recommend to others.

**What problems is OfficeTimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have not experienced any problems.  Benefits are ease of use, effectiveness, time saver.  Reports can be customized and different permission levels granted for viewing.

**What do you like best about OfficeTimer?**

What I like most about this tool is that it allows me to control all my employees in different locations without much effort, and quite effectively through this tool. Creating new projects is something very simple and not only that, but managing them, in activities is simple, also after completing them we can generate reports of the hours worked and the time dedicated to each of the objectives making it easier and more accurate. billing and payment to different employees, such as the collection of jobs.

**What do you dislike about OfficeTimer?**

As for the bad, I can add that sometimes getting options is often difficult because it is so flexible that it has many options and added, but otherwise I think it is very complete.

**Recommendations to others considering OfficeTimer:**

It is the only software on corporate time management that I know is so complete, besides it offers you some free version time allowing us to test it to know if it meets all our needs, I think it is an option that should not be ruled out even if it is to try it because the truth is that it is very complete and ideal for those heads or department directors.

**What problems is OfficeTimer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I really have benefited from this tool and it has been very useful to organize the respective projects that I have had, besides it is very useful to carry many projects at the same time and control the work of your employees and not only that, but also It allows you to have that control even when employees are not around.

It is an ideal tool to monitor the workflow of employees, which allows the institution to ensure that employees stay on the right track of responsibility. On the other hand, in a personal and individual way, it is very beneficial to place time challenges in the realization of work activities and increasingly overcome the achievement of activities in a short time.

**What do you dislike about OfficeTimer?**

It is a bit expensive for smaller institutions that want to use it on a smaller scale to manage their tasks and activities.

**Recommendations to others considering OfficeTimer:**

It is an excellent program to measure in time the talent management and resources of the employees in the fulfillment of the activities. It allows an adequate work flow and makes people responsible for the fulfillment of the tasks assigned in the given time, in order to achieve good results.

This tool allows workers to be responsible for the execution of assigned activities in a given time and the management of the institution is the best.

Switching between projects quickly, multiple rate categories, notes for itemized logging, reporting and invoicing, address book, mobile app for time tracking

**What do you dislike about OfficeTimer?**

When transfering and exporting documents, they export as PDF. Small isue but nothing major. 

**Recommendations to others considering OfficeTimer:**

Worth it, benefit of a one time payment is also a big plus.

When working on projects it allows me to keep track of my time spent working on certain projects. It allows me to switch between projects while keeping track of all of them at once.
