What do you like best about Infosys?

Infosys is completely process oriented company. Each and Every step of all the processes are very well defined starting from Orientation program till Exit process. Infosys is well known for Employee satisfaction and its awesome work culture. Quality of work delivered to client is commendable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosys?

There should be flexibility to work from home. Women do prefer to work in such organizations where they have flexibility of working from home and have a great work life balance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Infosys?

Stable, reputed company to do business with.

Low cost and wide skill sets available.

Company spends considerable time / effort to train resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosys?

High attrition rate among resources. Project resources dont stick around for long. They either leave or they are rotated, at least the good ones.

Not a good track record when it comes to executing fixed price projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
