"Effective Phishing Simulations and Enhanced Cybersecurity Awareness Training"
5/5
What do you like best about Infosec IQ?

I think Infosec Institute provides a wide assortment of training material, as well as effective assessments to monitor the end user's training experience. Also, recently, Infosec Institute incorporated a "Catch of the Week" phishing simulations which are far better examples of real-world phishing attempts and more effective as training tools for our employees. What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

I wish there was a method to provide better feedback/follow-up for users when they submit an email using the PhishNotify button. It is helpful that it notifies the user that they have successfully detected a phishing simulation, but for the emails they mark as phishing attempts that are not simulations, it would be nice to have some sort of review process for that to inform employees about what was done after they have submitted the email as a phishing attempt. "Infosec has been a reliable partner for phish tests and security training"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Infosec IQ?

Very thorough onboarding process with the right amount of hand-holding. They're quick to respond and help you work through issues onboarding the various types of email hosting products available. The sales team is good about following up as well as a good handoff to technical when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

They have a TON of products around phishing and security training and will email you frequently about bootcamps - it tends to drown out the quality of the product by seeing repetitive push for training and certifications - but that could just be me and my dislike of marketing emails. "Awareness Infosec Solution"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Infosec IQ?

Easy to use, compared with others solutions, great support availability. The Phishing simulator is very easy to use, reports are very rich and provide a better overview of the actual situation of the workforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

Less Spanish content, fewer courses, exams, and practice tests, and how to look for courses and campaigns. An issue between Spanish and Latin Spanish. If we select content in Spanish and others in Latin Spanish, the ones with Latin Spanish come in English if we choose the campaign as Spanish.

It is like both Spanish are not linked as one.

No dark theme. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing resource for IT professionals to stay on top of their skills."
5/5
What do you like best about Infosec IQ?

Infosec IQ is an excellent training platform for IT professionals looking to improve their cybersecurity knowledge and skills. The training modules cover a wide range of topics, from basic security awareness to more advanced topics like phishing and social engineering.

One of the things that sets Infosec IQ apart from other training platforms is its interactive and engaging content. The modules use a variety of formats, including videos, quizzes, and simulations, to keep users engaged and interested in the material. The content is also regularly updated to ensure that it remains relevant and up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.

Another great feature of Infosec IQ is its reporting and tracking capabilities. IT professionals can track their progress through the training modules and monitor their employees' progress as well. This allows managers to identify areas where their team members may need additional training or support.

Overall, I highly recommend Infosec IQ for any IT professional looking to improve their cybersecurity knowledge and skills. The training is informative, engaging, and regularly updated to keep pace with the ever-evolving cybersecurity landscape. With its tracking and reporting capabilities, Infosec IQ is also an excellent tool for managers looking to improve their team's cybersecurity knowledge and readiness. "Infosec IQ Everything We Needed & More"
5/5
What do you like best about Infosec IQ?

We implemented Infosec IQ in our school district to meet the requirements set forth by our insurance company. It was recommended to me by a professional organization I have worked with over the years. Upon meeting with the team at Infosec IQ, I felt very comfortable with this product and the services provided. We have had great success using this product in our school system and drastically cut our phishing failure rate in the four months we have been using the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

The only downside to using Infosec IQ comes from getting the buy-in of all your employees. The program is excellent, but getting all members on board took some time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Set and Go!"
5/5
What do you like best about Infosec IQ?

I like that I can set up a whole year of monthly classes so that I don't have to spend a lot of time managing it. I also like how I can create my own batteries of courses like I just did recently for PCI awareness for some of our employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

Initially when I started using the product I tried to tie it into our Active Directory and while I was able to get the initial users, it was a bit difficult and I haven't bothered trying it again and just manually enter users as they come on board. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"we use it for awareness within the company and phishing tests."
2.5/5
What do you like best about Infosec IQ?

The many options for phishing simulations, like usb campaigns and spam tests. The awareness stuff is pretty good to, I would like more tests at the end of the videos, just a couple of questions to make sure they were paying attention, like a screenshot that says, is this spam? or something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

Reporting. it is very hard to get data out you actually want to see, also, the names of the different reports are not descriptive enough, so you have to go through them one by one to figure out what data you are getting back.

I've also had trouble adding users like they don't get added to the campaigns when i add them into the system, but that may have just been a one off Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ease of use was great. We were able to set up phishing campaigns quickly and easily. The support and deployment teams were very helpful. They made sure our environiment was set up for success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

I would have to say that the lack of integration into Office 365 was probably the biggest thing I noticed. Not so much the lack of integration with the Outlook client itself, but integrations with the built-in tools within our tenant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best Phishing simulator / training out there!"
5/5
What do you like best about Infosec IQ?

Their product is excellent and has so many options! The implementation team is fantastic to work with as well...they have all been very friendly and knowledgeable! Our company is using the Phishing simulator and training series with great success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

No real downsides at all, there is just a lot to the program with so many options and resources within their learning libraries. Sometimes it takes a little bit of time to find what I'm looking for, but nothing to really complain about at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
