5/5
What do you like best about Infosec IQ?

- Infosec provides quick support for queries.

- The FAQ and help articles are extremely useful.

- Easy to use platform. Minimal clutter.

- I appreciate the large content of videos, questions, and phishing templates.

- Easy to launch campaigns with templates or customizing your own.

- Reporting gives insights into user performance and the program's effectiveness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

- When you select a template through a search to browse and return to the search page, your search filters are not remembered. Additionally, you cannot right-click to open them in a new tab. This can be an annoyance when are planning to explore various templates.

- Lack of AI updates. For example, no voice phishing simulation made available yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI is extremely easy to use. The phishing campaigns are extremely informative in keeping our users safe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

This review couldn't come at a better time. For the past 2 weeks, we have been experiencing issues with our phish alert button and submitted emails not being able to be sent to deleted items per the button. The communication has been poor, as we were told Dev team is working on it. I would think we would receive better communication and understanding what is going on. "Amazing product with informative and detail reports"
5/5
What do you like best about Infosec IQ?

I love how easy it is to set up campaigns and all of the templates there are to choose from. I also love how everything is customizable for our company. The detailed reports as to what each learner did once they received a phishing email is very informative. We send out phishing emails weekly. When we needed additional information as to learning how to use the platform to it's fullest extent, the representative we had a meeting with was extremely helpful. Overall, learning how to implement the services provided to do as we need it to do is very simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

The only thing I have disliked about Infosec IQ when it comes to the phishing campaigns is that I can't remove or add learners to an already existing campaign. Instead, I have to clone it to add/remove learners (unless if the learner was removed completely from the account), and then go back to delete the original campaign. We create campaigns months in advance, so having to scroll through the pages can become tedious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ease of use and relevent information"
5/5
What do you like best about Infosec IQ?

So far I have only used Infosec for the AwareEd piece to train my district's employees and fulfill the cybersecurity training requirement by the state. The information presented is relevant to our duties as educators as well as users of technology in general for safety and cybersecurity in our own lives.

The course is short but packed with information that assists us in knowing what to look for, and how to keep ourselves and our data safe from hackers or ne'er-do-wells.

The program is easy to access and use, and it is easy to find the data I need within the results.

I haven't tried the PhishSim yet, but that is on my agenda in the coming months to see if the training has made the anticipated impact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

I had an issue recently where a user had completed the training on the last day that campaign was available. She sent me the printed certificate with that date on it. Within my console, I did not show her as having completed it, and I could not get the help desk to understand that. They kept telling me what I already knew, but not why this teacher's completed course was not showing in my admin console as having been finished. We went back and forth several times and I just gave up and said, "Okay". It was a little frustrating that they did not seem to understand what I was seeking. "A complete platform for Phishing simulations and training campaigns"
5/5
What do you like best about Infosec IQ?

User interface is very friendly, while the set of features is very high, the main ones are the Phishing simulations and the training campaign, but a lot of other features are available.

The phishing simulation tool is very powerful and has a vast library of ready-made templates available, with the possibility of creating customized ones.

Also the training campaign rely on a vast library of courses built with different contents and learning methods, with a lot of multilanguage support (most of them available on 31 different languages).

Activity results can be viewed and exported with an highly customizable reporting tool, with dashboards and widgets.

Implementation is straight forward, you can start manage activities with just users email addresses, or you can manage high complex organizations with groups and departments.

Licensing is on a yearly per-user basis, yearly. During the year you can run as many activities you need for every user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

For non-english customers, the amount of Phishing templates is not very high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
