"Great product for smaller teams with rich content, lots of integrations and customizations"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Infosec IQ?

The phishing simulations shoot out at random times for different people, making it a lot more realistic. The training content is easy to manage as well, so that you're not overwhelming your users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

Our biggest grievance with it is that the phishing simulations require the use of PhishNotify+ instead of the native 'Report Spam' button on Google Workspace. That extension does work properly, but it would be a lot better if it directly connected with Google Workspace instead. The main issue is that our users still end up hitting 'Report Spam', which Infosec actually marks as "phished", leading to a large number of false positives. "Infosec IQ is great!"
5/5
What do you like best about Infosec IQ?

We've been using InfoSec IQ to enhance our staff's knowledge in both technical and physical security, and the results have been outstanding. The platform allows us to create customized posters and training materials that perfectly fit our needs, making the learning process both effective and engaging.

One of the standout features is the seamless integration with Azure, which ensures our user data is always up to date. This synchronization has made managing our training programs incredibly easy and efficient. Overall, InfoSec IQ has been an invaluable tool in our security training efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?

One of my dislikes is that we cannot intergrate with our training tools used every year. THose trainings are mandatory and are tracked in one system. If we can get those intergrated then I would have even more training sessions with the Infosec IQ platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
