Once the service is configured, the material is distributed on a schedule. Users are tested with convincing simulated phishing emails and training videos, followed by a quick quiz.

  ### 5. IQ TO THE MAX!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

InfoSec IQ is really great for gauging where your employee's knowledge stands with cybersecurity. I like that I can create campaigns based on what they are not doing well at, like phishing emails that pertain to 2FA for applications we don't even use. I love the number of different videos out there that users can view in order to learn more about different topics.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

I would like there to be more instruction on how to use the dashboard or customized campaigns a little more. Most of it I have just messed around to figure out the things I need to do. The application is very simple though, so it is not like it took me ages to figure it out.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

InfoSec IQ is solving our email phishing issue with our teachers and staff. We have to ensure that all student and staff data is kept safe but that is hard to do when staff click on emails or share information that shouldn't be shared unless they know who they are talking to.

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

The ability to create custom email templates and data entry templates has given lots of insight into user behaviours and helped improve our security, the automatic training that infosec provides helps keep our users up to date.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

The tool for creating templates could be more intuitive and provide a higher flexibility when manipulating elements on the page. I would like the ability to edit css and html more asily through the UI

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

Be sure to make use of custom data entry templates combined with email templates. Infosec provides all the tools to make dynamic campaigns and lots of community resources to use, with national and international templates for many common services such as dropbox and most banking sites

Running phishing campaigns and the automated training has helped to greatly reduce our user risk score and keep our users up to date on some of the latest phishing threats.

**Reviewed by:** Muhammad Jawwad A. | Information Security Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2022

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

The quality of the videos is amazing. Especially if you are dealing with NIST standards, then the domain coverage is absolute.
Amongst the competitors its strong point is content.
Although Arabic language support is limited

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

There is limited Arabic language content.
Further the functionality to upload your own content is only limited to .pdf files which really doesnt give much space to upload your own content

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a great tool for increasing employee awareness on various information security aspects especially domains that get over looked easily such as safe web browsing.
With InfoSec IQ trainings the phish rate has significantly reduced

It's one solution for security professionals like us. It has a repository of awareness posters, training, simulations, knowledge, checklists, templates, tools etc.

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

The best thing about Infosec IQ is that it provides invaluable training in short 2-3 minute videos. Keeping employees' attention and maximizing the training they are getting on subjects that are super important. I have had staff ask me to keep Infosec IQ because it not only trains them for work but also helps to keep them safe with their personal information too. As an administrator, I love that you can see who is completing training and who isn't and that you can re-push training to any employees that might need it.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

I can't think of anything I dislike at this point in time.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

Noting so far, we just had a challenge at the beginning on how we can plan the campaigns, but with the help of our Client Success Manager Sonja, we were able to do the proper planning.

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

<p>Do a full demo before you go live, automate the process of sending the campaigns as much as possible. Involve your Organization's development department or HR department to formalize this process.</p>

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of use, the contents are very creative and up to date, the supported languages, the customized reports, and the Dashboard.

  ### 20. Entire company security awareness at your fingertips

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sergey M. | Information Technology Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

Versality of the product is what I like the most about Infoseq IQ. Not only I can train my people using training materials and courses, I can also keep my users to stay aware of phishing attacks by using phishing simulation training module, that send phishing-like messages.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

The interface is a bit confusing and takes time getting used to. Every now and then my users' annual training goes missing, and needs to be redone. It takes an effort to retrigger those missing training. On the other hand, maybe I just need to spend a little more time with the product to get a better grasp of it.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Number one topic for my organization is phishing emails. Given crativity of those, who create those phishing emails, I find it very easy for an ordinary user to fall for it. Phishing simulation module helps me to keep my users aware of phishing emails. It teaches them to stay alert and not to fall for "free goodies" or "password reset" emails.

  ### 21. Solution is good BUT basic

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott A. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

Easy to work with and manage. The solution provides good content and materials that can be used for security training. We are reviewing ways to leverage and confirm actions and follow-up.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

The solution being basic does not have a lot of reporting. Looking for ways to get data automatically and know how to check in and follow up with users missing the necessary training.

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

A good option for Security Training. Good materials. Not as flexible as I would like for reporting and automations.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been looking for ways to verify security training and make it simple and approachable. I believe the small "bites" of training make it better for many users to quickly meet the security requirements.

  ### 22. Great Phishing Campaign and Security Training Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darshini S. | Head of L&D, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

Their content library contents are available in multiple languages, we can implement the contents globally across all-region. Their phishing templates are good that it is close to being real.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

Drafting a phishing campaign can be tedious unless it is properly guided a few times. It took us a while to get used to it but we get the hang of it. Also, there is no profile for each learner that they can track their progress, it only an admin platform to launch and manage campaigns.

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

Infosec IQ is the perfect platform to manage both phishing campaigns and security training,

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quarterly security training is mandatory and Infosec IQ can constantly track the completion rate, sending an automatic reminder to those who did complete it. The content library has helped us so much that we do not need to create our content but adapt from Infosec IQ.

  ### 23. Depth of the training :) but it is dull and it goes beyond many of our users knowledge base

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh F. | Technology Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2022

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

The number of deep training topics! I love the ease of administration. Very much like the email reminder system.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

A poor userbase fit. We have a wide range of technical experience. For many people, this training will go over their head. Noticed inconsistent questions, relating to training material and quizes. Some asked questions appear multiple times and some material seams thinly covered.

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

Gets the training done
Easy to administer
Material is dull and informative
A start to cyber security

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great cyber security training and phishing training. The reminder system and lack of portal is a huge gap that is filled.

  ### 24. Amazing Phish Sim and Training Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marc P. | Security Analyst, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 27, 2019

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

The phishing templates are easy to manipulated and manage to fit unique needs of our organization. I have been able to recreate real world attacks to bring awareness to our unique departments and many facilities.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

The report generation is limited. Not all learner information can be put in a single report. Items like supervisor and location would be nice to auto generate in a campaign report.

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

take time to review the education templates and build custom courses.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have gone from a 25% phish rate to a 4% phish rate. We have also identified weak points in our organization. This has created a more secure and aware work place.

  ### 25. Easy to use security awareness training tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wesley L. | Infrastructure Security Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

Easy to use the dashboard to manage and keep track of phishing simulation campaigns. Simulated phishing emails look real enough to convince users to have a second look at a potential scam mail. Built-in training tool comes in handy to train users if they have mistakenly clicked on a phishing link.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

Probably from the licensing aspect could be charged on the number of campaigns triggered rather than charging by licensed accounts. It would help cover any overconsumption if the company were to expand quickly.

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

For anyone considering Infosec IQ, do take up the offer of assistance with implementing the product to get the most out of it. It can be somewhat daunting due to the functionality on offer. The ease and speed at which the implementation team set up and carried out a phishing campaign were terrific, and it saved us hours of work! We are using infosec to run phishing email sims with our staff to help them learn what to look for in a fake email in our everyday work environment. Really great to easy see the results of our first campaigns via the built in dashboard.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps to increase the cyber security awareness of staff within the organization. It helps minimize the number of incident tickets logged to the service desk team to investigate any potential phishing email campaigns. Users are aware to self-submit phishing emails to spam filtering systems for analysis.

  ### 26. InfosecIQ does a great job with Phishing Campaigns

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kris C. | IT Security Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2022

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

Phishing Campaigns. Need to Know, Just the Facts videos.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

Not always the easiest to navigate through the menus

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

People recognizing Phishing e-mails.

  ### 27. Infosec IQ has been a huge success

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 03, 2023

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

Infosec IQ helped the Town become savvier with cyber security and phishing, a vast improvement over the past year. Great lessons, very engaging. The staff is friendly.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

Reports can be a bit better. Needs more user-friendly assessments.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Infosec IQ has solved many problems we have had with staff learning about phishing.

  ### 28. Great and Easy to use!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

What I like best about InfoSec IQ is the support and ease of use of their services. The campaigns and knowledge base are a plethora of information. The campaigns, report creation tool and management of InfosecIQ have been more than easy to use with the correct guidance.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

So far, the only dislike I have about InfoSecIQ is the reporting section. This isn't a huge deal breaker but I would like to be able to have more customizable outputs of data.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Currently, we are working on bettering the security and educating our users on why being vigilant of specific threats is needed. The benefits of cyber threat training have made our staff more aware and responsive to cyber threats.

  ### 29. Very good and easy to maintain tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steinar H. | Servicedesk employee, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

It works very good for our company because it is easy to maintain and easy to keep track of people who followed the trainings. We can add and remove people very easily and can keep track of the trainings. Because of this, we are able to chase users that did not follow their training yet and can make sure the company is aware of security risks.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

We are a multiple language company. Not all our colleagues are speaking English so that is hard sometimes.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting a higher security awareness for our employees. Because of this we have less security breaches. People recognize phishing mails faster.

  ### 30. Extremely Helpful!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Macoy S. | Information Technology Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

What is the most helpful of Infosec is the ability to run campaigns and view them happening in real-time as individual learners click on the tests that you have sent them.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

It might sound like a positive or not come off as a dislike, but the ability to edit the campaigns you send out, specifically the phish emails, is extremely extensive. This, to me, is a bit of a dislike because I can make these emails look exactly like an actual email that would be sent within our district. I don't want to put too much fear in my staff, so they don't click on any emails ever again!

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

If you value your business/company and don't want it to be compromised by your peers, then Infosec IQ will help you.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Infosec IQ is helping us establish a baseline with our staff. It helps us come up with a list of individuals that may need more education when it comes to possible phishing attempts or possible attacks via email.

  ### 31. Phishing training is important

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

It is important to have a security system as infosec.
There are plenty of training videos on the site, so you can train and share knowledge with employees.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Phishing mail training prevents some possible harmful emails.
People are more being aware of phishing emails after this training.
When a company receives harmful emails often, this service is a must-have.
IT awareness will be increased among workers.

It is always hard for teaching to their workers about IT knowledge, but this phishing training helps workers to think and be aware of suspicious emails from unknown users or domains.

There is nothing that I would personally dislike about Infosec IQ. Up till now, everything has been very useful to me.

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

If you are looking to improve your cybersecurity knowledge in your company, infosec IQ is a must have.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are a lot of problems that can be solved with Infosec IQ when it comes to information technology businesses. The most common problem I am solving using infosec IQ is making sure my colleagues are not falling victim to phishing emails ever again.

  ### 33. Infosec Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian K. | IT Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

The simplicity of using this system is the best aspect for me. The ease of which I can set up users, send out notifications and tailor the security training experience is what makes this a great utility in the fight for cyber security training

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

Sometimes I want to be able to see individual templates in the phish simulator, but i have to dig a bit deeper to find which templates and packages are being sent out. I would prefer a more stream lined way of looking at all forms of templates.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The issue we are solving is the likelihood that individual users will now question and ask if they feel anything is off from a suspected spam email. This is more of a benefit, but also means the campaigns are working well.

  ### 34. Makes security training interesting....

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Allan B. | Senior IT Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

Courses are short, engaging, and funny, making a somewhat otherwise dull subject exciting, making it easier to take the information on board. this methodology is similar to other products but infoSec IQ's content has more variety

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

no disliked thus far, we have been very impressed by the functionality on offer and the implementation support provided by the team. One critisism would be the administration GUI is somewhat busy making it confusing to navigate at times.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

By using Infosec IQ's Phishing campaign, it has given us a great insight into the security posture of the estate; now knowing what Dept/Teams are more at risk, we can directly target effective training material to reduce the risk to the business.

  ### 35. Infsec is a great learning source for cyber security.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** DaJohne' T. | Customer Service Supervisor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

I like all the different skills training they have set in place to help you learn and also that it is very easy to navigate through.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

I don't dislike anything. Everything has a nice setup.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work in cyber security so all the extra training is helping me have a better understanding of my day-to-day work.

  ### 36. effortless campaigns

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2022

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

The process of setting up a campaign and tracking results for it is super easy. They also make it easy to view results over time (one campaign to the next) so its easy to spot trends.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

We often get asked "What email did I click on?". We like to inform users to see for themselves what they might have missed as part of training.
I wish these results were just a bit easier to get to. For example- You can search per user or per campaign, but it's just a ton of mouse clicks. It would be super helpful if they just had some live feed that you could search everything all at once (similar to user search area but for all campaigns over time)

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User awareness on Phishing! More accessible notifications to IT about potential real ones, and people love the phishing button.
We have seen an absolutely positive downward trend on folks clicking on these types of emails. If the old lady in reception can learn to not click on these emails through this program, your users can too.

  ### 37. It is great tool for learning and for providing educational awareness.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2022

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

It provides many useful templates. These templates helped speed along the development process for our educational phishing campaigns. Our class has enjoyed making use of this tool.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

The navigation and UI can be unintuitive at times. Additionally, when running test campaigns, several phishing emails generated false positives. This was unexpected and skewed our test data in significant amounts. The primary concern is that it automatically triggered the "You have been phished" email on unread InfoSec phishing emails.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using InfoSec as an educational tool for learning how phishing attacks tend to operate. It is will also improve the security posture of those involved, as they will learn more mitigation techniques against such attacks.

  ### 38. Infosec IQ actually works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Benjamin W. | Network Security Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2020

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

The ability to make training for legislative requirements and the phishing simulator.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

I dislike nothing really. In the years of using infosec IQ we've never had any issues and everything just works.

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

If you want to run an easy to use phishing simulator Infosec IQ is a great choice. They have real world phishing example and indicators to teach your staff about why this was a phishing email.
If you have regulatory training requirements that Infosec IQ is also a great choice. You can use their pre-defined courses and modules and even upload your own.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Phishing has been a big concern/issue and by using the phishing simulator we were able to determine what staff are falling for and create follow up training to explain what they need to look for and how to better spot phishing email in the future.

  ### 39. The product is effective at its messaging

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kenneth R. | Learning and Development Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

ease of use. Staff can use their mobile devices to access the training.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

It is difficult for us to track compliance. our current compliance reporting requires us to take additional steps to verify and communicate compliance.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

its raising awareness about the importance of Cyber Security.

  ### 40. The ease of information.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ken T. | Network Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

How quickly I can see the big picture and what is going on at a glance. If I want to dig deeper, it's all there.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

Once your routine is set, you can run it worry free, and know everything is ok.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training our daily users what not to do and what to look out for in a "real world" environment.

  ### 41. Amazing breadth of features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julie H. | IT Director and Color Guard Instructor , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

This program has so many things to offer! I have loved the ease of setting up and training in getting to know the program so far. I feel like I will definitely enjoy using this program and seeing all the data I get out of it as I learn to use more of its myriad features.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

I have not found anything I really dislike about this program as of yet. I am a new user, so I did feel a tad overwhelmed in setting up and seeing all the tons of features this program has that I don't know how to use yet, but I will learn!!

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using infosec to run phishing email sims with our staff to help them learn what to look for in a fake email in our everyday work environment. I really have liked to see the results of our first campaigns.

  ### 42. You don't want to regret neglecting to train your staff

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clint C. | Director Of Technology, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

I really enjoy how light and fun the training videos are for my staff. When we send out new training campaigns, we can hear staff around the office asking each other if they have watched the new training. Usually, it is followed by laughter and people retelling their favorite funny parts of the training. Now don't get me wrong because there is depth to the content. It is just wrapped in a package that makes it more engaging. The phishing campaigns are very good and sometimes trip up some staff members you think should know better. There is a Phish Notify option we deployed to everyone that allows them to push a button to submit potential phishing to see if it is a real phish or if it is one of the Infosec simulations. Our staff considers it a bit of a cat and mouse game these days.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

I suppose the only challenge we have is keeping up with the evolving configurations in Office 365. O365 does require us to change the configuration every few months to keep emails from Infosec flowing to the users' inboxes. The good news is that we have a designated Customer Success Manager that checks in frequently to keep us aware of changes and keeps us always moving forward.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have invested in technologies to prevent outside access to our systems. These technologies can really only go so far as to protect because we still must rely on communication systems for business operations. If you are not training your staff, you are missing a vital part of securing your environment.

  ### 43. Great Cybersecurity Training

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenna S. | Desktop Support Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

Infosec provides a bunch of different training options for your organization. I like that I can preview each training before selecting it to see if it fits with my organization's goal.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

I don't particularly like how it doesn't remove inactive employees automatically when syncing with Active Directory. You have to go in manually to delete each employee after leaving.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After running our initial Cybersecurity phishing test, many employees didn't know what to look for when receiving spam emails. Infosec allows us to train each employee on what to look for, how important it is to be cautious when receiving emails from random people, and the consequences of clicking on unknown links.

  ### 44. Easy to set up campaigns

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

Both mock-phishing attack campaigns and cybersecurity training campaigns are extremely easy to set up. I set up campaigns for the next 12 months and then forget about them. Mock-phishing emails are extremely realistic and very customizable. Over time, Infosec campaigns have brought our click rates way down.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

The interface takes a little getting used to, but the ramp-up time is very short, and our Infosec contact and also Infosec support are super helpful and have helped make the campaign set-up and maintenance seamless.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed cybersecurity training for both regular users and also for our CMMC-enclave users, and Infosec has really delivered.

  ### 45. Get phishing fast

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

I like the ease of getting different groups of users in a campaign and also the ease of building campaigns from the seemingly endless email templates. The training videos are well-made and engaging.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

Maybe there are too many options. A simplified workflow option might be nice.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm able to create simple phishing campaigns and get them out fast. This now makes phishing campaigns easy instead of a task I dread.

  ### 46. Great platform for getting security training, self paced and targeted campigns

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Networking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

Very easy to deploy, intergrates with AD, reports are easy to read and passed up to C suites for metrics
Variety of campaigns for all different workgroups. Following training, it was good to see who had paid attention by running campaigns that would be close to access to our tech stack

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

The battery of campaigns could use more real world like. maybe need to do a bit more copy paste of what real phishing attaches are like to bring things closes to what is happening out in the wild. would love to see more variety of campigns from common apps like teams, sharepoint, onedrive, salesforce, and the all so nice of gift card rewards

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

Do the demo, and you will be glad to check this off your compliance requirements

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Needed compliance for cyber security training and something that was also cost sensitve in consideration. There are quite a few out there to choose from but this fit the bill and glad we picked it

  ### 47. The tool is very comprehensive at an affordable price point

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2022

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

I like the depth and breadth of the subjects covered in the tool and also the variety of methods used to present the various subjects. The tool is a good value for your investment.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

The depth and breadth of the content are quite extensive and the practice tests and exercises are quite exhaustive.

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

It's a great tool at a great price point.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are meeting our compliance requirements using this tool. The team members enjoy the various presentation styles offered by the tool.

  ### 48. easy to understand

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Siyabonga N. | IT technician (co-founder), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

User-friendly and very descriptive for all types of users

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

The video interface needs some graphical touch

**Recommendations to others considering Infosec IQ:**

Best tool for user training and awareness on various topics especially security

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

User awareness

  ### 49. MCPASD Perceptions of Infosec IQ

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James B. | Director of Technology Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

I like the way the high quality videos and assessments fit together to creat a robust and time efficient teaching platform. The staff who have seen it find it very useful and engaging. They like it far better than other platforms we have used to asynchonous professional development.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

The platform does take a bit of time to learn, and some pieces are a bit cumbersome. On the other hand, the onboarding and success staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, ensuring that campaigns are well developed and focused on goals.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Infosec IQ to help our staff deepen their understanding of very relevant and important cyber security issues. Infosec IQ also helps us identify the staff who are struggling with the content or not engaged with our district's cyber security strategies.

  ### 50. Infosec IQ solves several issues for my clients

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lawrence S. | Director of Technical services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Infosec IQ?**

We have a legal requirement to provide at least an hour of cyber security training to each employee per year. Infosec IQ makes providing that training and more so easy and engaging I could not think of a better system.

**What do you dislike about Infosec IQ?**

My only gripe would have to be that there is so much to choose from that it can be a bit overwhelming at times. I do have to keep very good notes to make sure I am not repeating training materials too soon.

**What problems is Infosec IQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Phishing rates within client companies have dropped from highs of 50% to the single digits. The results are truly amazing.
