The support I've received when I have a question has been outstanding. The interface is fairly simple for what can be a complex system. What do you dislike about Infosec IQ? It's hard for me to pinpoint anything I don't like, since we're pretty new to Infosec. The only thing I can think of is that I wish it were possible to edit a user's history in order to clean up the phishing "failures" resulting from our install and testing prior to rolling out the system to our users.
