Simple document organization – It makes it easy to organize files into folders with metadata, making documents easier to find than on a standard file share. Powerful search – You can quickly locate documents using full-text search, metadata, and filters instead of browsing through folders. Version control – Every time a document is updated, previous versions are retained, so you can track changes and restore older versions if needed. Access control – Permissions can be assigned to users and groups, helping ensure that only authorized people can view or edit sensitive documents. Workflow automation – Approval processes, document reviews, and notifications can be automated, reducing manual follow-up. What problems is infoRouter solving and how is that benefiting you? InfoRouter solves the problem of scattered documents and inconsistent document management. Instead of files being stored in multiple locations or different versions being emailed around, everything is centralized in one secure repository. This makes it much easier to find the right document, know you're working with the latest version, and collaborate with others without confusion. The built-in permissions, version control, and approval workflows also improve security and accountability. For me, that means I spend less time searching for documents, avoid version conflicts, and can complete tasks more efficiently while knowing the information I'm using is accurate and up to date.
