The navigation is simple, uploading,searching and managing the documents are easy. Implemention on automation of document approvals and routing has saved us a lot of time. Basically it intigrates well with existing systems so that it makes flexible for different business environments. Super Reliable, We have used infoRouter for a lot of years. The product did not break down. It is very similar to Sharepoint in terms of how it works. To get Paper documents into the system, it was a multiple step ordeal, unless you had a third party app. Scan to get it to your pc, then use ScanStation App to get it into infoRouter. It was cumbersome to set up, but once set up, it is very good. Good app for a central repository. Easy to use. Search capabilities helped our business efficiency.
