It is quite easy to use once you get a hang of it and has a bunch of features. although initially it is indeed a bit overwhelming with a lot of things and one can take months to get aware of most of the features(not all). **Several times the error logs, when the session fails are not very intuitive and one has to dig deep in order to figure out where the problem is. There should maybe some kind of better documentation to help resolve issues.

**Also, sometimes the designer gets stuck, whenever I try to open some repository that might be having several sub-folders, it takes several minutes to just open one repository.

**And sometimes it gets stuck on the designer in a particular mapping and becomes unresponsive and one has no option but to completely close it and open it again in Citrix, and maybe at times, lose the changes done to a particular mapping as well.

I have been using this tool for more than two years for processing structured and semi-structured data into Teradata data warehouse. I have been involved in various Data Integration, Data Management, Data Migration using this, and I find the UI to be friendlier.
