It supports FDA 21 CFR Part 11 electronic records and signature requirements, follows GAMP 5 guidelines for software suppliers, and ships with a Release Qualification package covering risk assessment, test plan, and signed test report. Every completed comparison produces an electronically signed Comparison Report stored in a tamper-evident audit trail, providing the traceability required for GxP environments and regulatory inspections. The application is fully web-based and requires no plugins or local installation. It is available as a SaaS deployment or as a self-managed on-premise solution, and integrates with existing Artwork Management Systems. InformaIT is ISO 27001 certified, and the platform is delivered as a single-tenancy solution with dedicated servers and daily backups. Authentication supports SSO via SAML v2 with major identity providers including Okta, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and Google. Role-based access control allows administrators to manage permissions at the user and group level. Support and maintenance are included as standard, and customers receive access to all new software releases through their maintenance contract.
