"Infor Assessments Makes Candidate Evaluation Fast and Insightful"
4/5
What do you like best about Infor Talent Science?

Infor Assessments is a great tool that helps us, as managers, quickly assess a candidate’s strengths and weaknesses. It also helps determine whether a candidate might be a better fit for a different position within the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infor Talent Science?

This assessment tool rates candidates only against specific benchmarks and doesn’t offer insight into soft skills such as appearance, punctuality, likability, and similar factors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alex Reilly of Infor Talent Science

I love to hear that Infor Talent Science helps you identify career paths that might be better suited for the candidate.

We also appreciate your perspective on opportunities to grow. It's important to note that Talent Science is designed to measure behavioral traits and workplace tendencies that connect to performance, rather than more subjective factors such as appearance or likability. This helps bring consistency and objectivity into hiring decisions while still allowing room for manager judgment and interview insights.

"Great Insight Into Candidates’ Fit and Performance"
5/5
What do you like best about Infor Talent Science?

I really feel like it gives you a good look at how a person can act or perform a job. When bringing someone in for an interview if they don't align with the assessment then i feel like i need to ask more questions' Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infor Talent Science?

It can be easy to sometimes place too much weight on the score rather than treating it as one piece of the hiring process. I always find catch myself doing that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alex Reilly of Infor Talent Science

Thank you for the kind words! We love it when the assessment report helps you ask more, and better, questions in an interview. It's so important to get beyond surface level in these early conversations to truly learn what makes each individual unique.

Great call out on knowing when to catch yourself relying too heavily on the score. Prioritizing is one thing, but using your own judgement to evaluation each individual is key.

Response from Alex Reilly of Infor Talent Science

Thank you for sharing your feedback!

We are glad to hear the insights are helping guide more focused interviews and challenge assumptions in a productive way. We understand how it can feel inconsistent when assessment results do not align with interview impressions. This often reflects different dimensions of a candidate, especially behaviors and tendencies that may not surface in traditional conversations. These moments can provide useful signals to explore further and ensure decisions are informed by both observed experience and underlying potential.

"Insightful Tool for Streamlined Hiring"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Infor Talent Science?

I truly appreciate how Infor Talent Science allows us to utilize a profile that helps in identifying the behaviors indicative of successful sellers in our organization. It's remarkable how difficult it is to extract such information during an interview, yet this tool does it seamlessly, enabling us to have higher-achieving sales individuals who reach their performance numbers promptly. The ease of setting up additional profiles for different sales groups stands out, thanks to its streamlined process that involves simply collecting sales results and having them analyzed. In a matter of weeks, we receive insightful data on our team members and their successful traits from both numerical and non-numerical perspectives. The color-coded system, particularly, is invaluable as it helps field managers, who don't hire frequently, make quick and informed decisions. More experienced managers can also delve deeper into potential areas of concern, fostering deeper understanding and productive discussions. I also value how Infor Talent Science isn't just selling a product but is actively partnering with us to solve problems, providing data, analysis, and people support that helps us enhance bond and coaching with our sellers, making our approach not only efficient but compassionate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infor Talent Science?

I think Infor Talent Science could improve by expanding beyond the current 26 attributes they consider for profiling. I'm curious if assessing a larger number of attributes, maybe around seven instead of focusing on the five most important ones, would provide us with a more comprehensive understanding of potential hires. This expansion might give us more defined roles or a clearer perspective when hiring in the future. It might help in identifying candidates who fit even better with our organizational expectations. What do you dislike about Infor Talent Science?
