"InfoTalent Science Helps Drive More Informed and Consistent Hiring Decisions"
5/5
What do you like best about Infor Talent Science?

What I like best about Infor Talent Science is that it helps us make more informed hiring decisions by providing additional insights beyond the resume. I also appreciate how it creates consistency in the interview and selection process through behavioral assessments and structured interview guides. It is especially helpful in supporting meaningful conversations with hiring managers while identifying candidates who align well with the role and team culture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infor Talent Science?

One challenge with Infor Talent Science is that sometimes highly qualified candidates may score lower on the assessment, which can make it difficult when the talent pool is already limited. In some cases, the assessment results may not fully capture a candidate’s technical expertise, leadership experience, or unique background. I also feel that hiring managers can occasionally rely too heavily on the assessment scores instead of balancing them with recruiter insights, interviews, and overall candidate experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alex Reilly of Infor Talent Science

We are glad to hear Infor Talent Science is helping drive more informed and consistent hiring decisions. We also appreciate your perspective, and we agree that assessments are most effective when balanced with recruiter insight, interviews, and the full candidate story. Talent Science is designed to identify potential to succeed in a role, even when specific experience may not fully reflect that, helping teams look beyond resumes to broader indicators of fit and long-term success.

Thank you for your great feedback, Nirmala!

"Detailed Candidate Insights with Some Accuracy Concerns"
5/5
What do you like best about Infor Talent Science?

I like the detailed breakdowns of candidates' strengths and weaknesses that Infor Talent Science provides. They allow me to tailor certain interview questions to examine these opportunities for improvement more closely. It helps create a more well-rounded view, prior to the actual interviewing process, of a candidate's potential strengths and weaknesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infor Talent Science?

Sometimes a candidate scores low but is actually a great candidate. It seems like there are times where the system is way off. I'm uncertain how to improve this, but sometimes my best candidates are rated in the 50s and some candidates in the 90s are not well suited. This could be an issue with test taking skills. Also, it could use better integration with Indeed ezApply. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear Candidate Insights for Smarter Hiring Decisions"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Infor Talent Science?

I like that I can see how a candidate responds across different areas of the question spectrum and then make a judgment based on those answers. sO i CAN SEE HOW A CANDIDATE RESPONDS AND MAKE A PLAN IF I WANT TO HIRE THIS CANDIDATE OR NOT. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infor Talent Science?

I don’t like the fact that this may feel a bit intrusive for some candidates, and they may shy away from using the product. My only concern is that some people might see this as a bit too much to go through just to find a job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Balanced, Accurate Insights for Both Managers and Employees"
4/5
What do you like best about Infor Talent Science?

It's balanced, accurate, and provide positive insights both to manager and employee level. It could be better if the scoreboard shows the expected result according to the position, right now, at the employee version there are no highlighted areas in manager version Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infor Talent Science?

Beside the topic mentioned before about interactivity in the scoreboard based on profile preferences related with position the employee is applying to, I would not change anything else Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Speeds Up Hiring with Strong Insights, Though Some Candidates Struggle to Access Links"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Infor Talent Science?

It speeds up the recruitment process. The assessment also helps us gain valuable insight into how a potential candidate might perform in the role, which in turn supports better hiring decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infor Talent Science?

Some candidates have had difficulty accessing the website through the link provided. The workflow stage for handling submitted assessments also takes a bit of getting used to, and it isn’t immediately intuitive at first. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Personality Matching That Strengthens Manager-Employee Relationships"
4/5
What do you like best about Infor Talent Science?

I like matching personalities of managers with employees by seeing similar and conflicting personality traits to better enhance interpersonal relationships and efficiency Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infor Talent Science?

I always have issues when I want to view the report now with it not loading. I have to do print and send to my email however every few months that doesn't work either and I have to have someone do it for me. We like to view the report with their score that they don't receive and save it to their internal file. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong Strengths-Based Hiring, But Best Used to Complement Real-World Leadership Judgment"
3/5
What do you like best about Infor Talent Science?

What I like most about Infor Talent Science is its focus on aligning people’s strengths, behaviors, and work styles with the right roles and environments. I appreciate that it goes beyond resumes and experience to identify long-term fit, development opportunities, and team compatibility. In hospitality especially, building strong teams is critical, and tools that help improve hiring decisions, retention, and leadership development can have a major impact on both culture and operational performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infor Talent Science?

One potential drawback of Infor Talent Science is that, like any assessment tool, it can sometimes place too much emphasis on personality profiles or predictive data without fully accounting for individual growth, adaptability, and real-world experience. In fast-paced industries like hospitality, some of the best leaders develop through hands-on experience and mentorship, which may not always be fully reflected in an assessment. I believe these tools are most effective when used to support decision-making rather than replace strong leadership judgment and personal evaluation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alex Reilly of Infor Talent Science

Completely agree that building strong teams are critical to retention, development, and performance.

We also completely agree that Infor Talent Science should not be the only factor considered in hiring. We definitely measure things like Leadership Approach which measure someone's overall approach to managing responsibilities and leading others. Our objective is to identify people with potential to succeed across various roles, even if those are beyond their current role or a traditional career path.

We hope Infor Talent Science continues to support your hiring and development efforts!

"Limited Disposition Codes Hold Back Accurate Recruiting Tracking and Reporting"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Infor Talent Science?

One of the most valuable aspects of this software for me has been its ability to streamline and simplify my daily workflow. The automation features, especially around scheduling and tracking progress, have significantly reduced the time I spend on manual tasks. For example, instead of juggling multiple spreadsheets or systems, I can manage everything in one place, which saves me several hours each week. The intuitive interface also makes it easy to onboard quickly and start seeing results right away. An unexpected benefit has been the improved collaboration across my team—sharing updates and accessing real-time information has made communication much more efficient and reduced delays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infor Talent Science?

One area where the software could improve is in the availability of more detailed disposition codes. Right now, the limited options sometimes make it difficult to accurately capture specific outcomes or candidate statuses. For example, when managing different stages of the recruiting process, I’ve found myself having to choose a code that doesn’t fully reflect the actual situation. Expanding these options would provide better clarity, improve reporting accuracy, and make it easier to track trends and decision points over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alex Reilly of Infor Talent Science

Thank you for your detailed and thoughtful feedback.

We are glad to hear the platform is helping streamline your workflow and improve collaboration. Regarding disposition codes, this functionality is typically managed within the Applicant Tracking System, which could be Infor Talent Acquisition, rather than Infor Talent Science specifically. Talent Science is designed to support assessment, candidate insights, and hiring decisions alongside those systems.

We appreciate you highlighting this and would welcome an updated review that reflects the scope and capabilities of Infor Talent Science more directly.

"Quick Assessments Streamline Short Interviews, But Workflow Feels Cumbersome"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Infor Talent Science?

I enjoy that Infor Talent Science gives me an all-around assessment, which is helpful because a lot of our interviews are very short. This allows me to get a quick overview of the applicant and decide whether I want to forward them on or not. The initial setup was very easy, and our representative made it particularly simple and was very informative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infor Talent Science?

I think it makes my job more laborsome and cumbersome because first, I have to review the candidate, then send it on for assessment, then review the candidate again, and then decide whether I wanna do a phone screen. Where before, I only had to do one stop. And when you only have a handful of candidates, you do have to review them all anyways, so I don't always see the value then. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alex Reilly of Infor Talent Science

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback, Brenda.

We understand the concern around added steps. In many cases, this reflects how the hiring workflow is structured rather than a limitation of the platform, as Infor Talent Science is designed to integrate at different points in the process. Many teams streamline this by introducing assessments earlier or automating steps to reduce duplicate reviews.

We appreciate you sharing your experience and would welcome an updated rating that reflects the platform’s capabilities alongside how it is implemented within your process.

"Intuitive Platform with Valuable Insights for Recruitment"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Infor Talent Science?

I find Infor Talent Science to be an easy platform to navigate, which is a big plus for me. The genuinely helpful information it provides assists in deciding which candidates to move forward with during recruitment. It's also useful for creating interview questions. I like that it's easy to find candidates and see the roles they applied to. The information helps me figure out how an employee might perform in different spaces within my organization. The setup was easy, with lots of support provided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infor Talent Science?

I wish I could more easily compare and contrast one candidate across different roles. The ability to switch the view to another job other than what the candidate applied for would be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alex Reilly of Infor Talent Science

We appreciate the kind words, Claire! Glad to hear you are enjoying the experience with Talent Science so far.

There is definitely a way to map candidates/employees across different roles. I'm not sure if it's configured for your organization but I can help connect you to the right people if you want to send me an email: Alex.Reilly@infor.com
