What I like best about Infor Talent Science is that it helps us make more informed hiring decisions by providing additional insights beyond the resume. I also appreciate how it creates consistency in the interview and selection process through behavioral assessments and structured interview guides. It is especially helpful in supporting meaningful conversations with hiring managers while identifying candidates who align well with the role and team culture. One challenge with Infor Talent Science is that sometimes highly qualified candidates may score lower on the assessment, which can make it difficult when the talent pool is already limited. In some cases, the assessment results may not fully capture a candidate’s technical expertise, leadership experience, or unique background. I also feel that hiring managers can occasionally rely too heavily on the assessment scores instead of balancing them with recruiter insights, interviews, and overall candidate experience. We are glad to hear Infor Talent Science is helping drive more informed and consistent hiring decisions. We also appreciate your perspective, and we agree that assessments are most effective when balanced with recruiter insight, interviews, and the full candidate story. Talent Science is designed to identify potential to succeed in a role, even when specific experience may not fully reflect that, helping teams look beyond resumes to broader indicators of fit and long-term success.
Thank you for your great feedback, Nirmala!
