If you are looking for an ERP system for HR purposes, I can't say this is the one for you. While we didn't use it mainly for that, I dug around and found it was not very useful for any HR functions. I did not like the security portion of it - it seems users can access pretty much anything, and you can't "block" access to specific modules from certain employees, which other ERP systems can do. I dislike the License management process and continually having to renew my licenses each year. The process is painful and not as automated as I would like. I should be able to just request a license and Infor could provide me exactly what I need instead of having to fill out all of the modules and add-ons that we own.
