What do you like best about Infor OS Platform?

I like that the system is fairly easy to use. Training on the program was relatively quick as we launched the start of our hotel and resort. We use it daily for our hotel system, creating, cancelling, editing reservations. Story and converting customer information seamlessly between programs etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infor OS Platform?

I dislike that there are times when the program crashes and or does not save the information which is vital when we hit peak hours, we cannot always contact a consumer immediately after to redo everything. However, the issue is Usually it's fixed relatively quickly with the help of our IT team and the "issue" has not had an impact on our ability to provide service.
