"Stable Cloud Suite with Great Support That Cuts Consulting Costs"

What do you like best about Infor M3?

I love the stability within the cloud suite. I also love how we can get support for operational business without having a major team running the ERP-solution. Today we are two persons performing operational support and development for the entire group. If we're stuck, we get good documentation and great support from infor concierge. This has resulted in that we have reduced consulting cost with more than 1MNOK per year. Ae are also able to handle most integrations and document changes ourselves. What do you dislike about Infor M3?

There are some translations in different language that seems weird. However, we can pass through thase. Unfortunately, I need an additional licence to get AI implemented in M3. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
