I find it not very beneficial when it comes to the integration with other kinds of applications. The menus are so complicated and clunky because we have to find a way around to what options we want to go with. The settings are not easily changeable we have to take indirect methods to get the desired settings. They should provide more training documentation and tutorials for the end-users.
