It creates a history, a story - and anyone can always refer back. **What do you dislike about Infor HR Service Delivery?** At the current moment, there's not much to dislike. Everytime we have a suggestion, Infor has been able to implement it. Our newest suggestion is to be able to format the text in the notes and resolution to the employee. Would help to be able to bold or higlight or bullet. Especially if we are to use the Resolution Template. If we could hightligh areas where the agent needs to change wording that meets the particular scenario with a person before closing a case - that would ensure that the right answer is being provided. **What problems is Infor HR Service Delivery solving and how is that benefiting you?** Case Management allows us to identify trends that potentially decrease questions/issues in the future. ### 2. It also assists us in ensuring that proper policies and processes are being documented and followed for consistency and accountability. **What do you dislike about Infor HR Service Delivery?** I honestly cannot think of one; well maybe just reminding our employees that they too can see the history of their interactions with HR (e.g. the same question asked year after year) **What problems is Infor HR Service Delivery solving and how is that benefiting you?** Delivering correct content to our employees and ensuring that they know how to find the information on their own via our internal HR Hub. KB - Its like using a textbook, and turning the page, all the content is there. CM - the search functinality on cases, prefilled cases and also prefilled templates are a win win. **What do you dislike about Infor HR Service Delivery?** I would say having more control over the edits that i need to make in the Headers and Sections. **What problems is Infor HR Service Delivery solving and how is that benefiting you?** Infor is solving the communication gap we all once experienced. HAving an Advisor or CM that supports the Clients throughout is a win win situation. ### 6. Product is great if you can find the people that know it well enough. Some are straight forward and once built, you can use the product very easily. There is a possibility for a lot of customization of the product. Talent modules, absence management, benefits are all configurable in 1 system. **What do you dislike about Infor HR Service Delivery?** The complexity is a lot. not everything is straightforward. you need someone who knows SQL to do a lot of configuration is needed. The support from infor takes a lot of time and they are not easily available. They hand the projects over to 3rd party consultants and you have to spend extra money for their support. Many additional products such as BIRST, ION desk are tough to configure in the delivered state. **What problems is Infor HR Service Delivery solving and how is that benefiting you?** Talent acquisition related issues, onboarding, benefits are top priorities. We were able to do open enrollment for benefits using Infor. Also a lot of Talent Acquisition related services. ### 7. No further software is required. The technical support has been decent so far. However. given how widespread the user base is for Infor, I would expect a larger support community among their customers. **What do you dislike about Infor HR Service Delivery?** Integration with our learning management system has not been as easy. The HR feed has been manual due to an inefficient workflow from Infor. This should be a simple automated process but has greatly added to our workload and created operational inefficiencies and unnecessarily redundant information. the online support documentation is also very underwhelming. The guidance is there, but it lacks the detail need to pass on to end users. In the end, I've created many of my own tutorials for our users, both admin and employee. **Recommendations to others considering Infor HR Service Delivery:** Test other solutions and their ability to integrate with your primary systems. **What problems is Infor HR Service Delivery solving and how is that benefiting you?** Infor was initially brought in to function as our go to HRIS solution, working in concert with Lawson. It has functioned well to this effect, but we need a system that is designed to better grow with us. The system is fairly stable and has yet to give our organization any technical issues. ### 18.
