The product is going live sometime in 2022, but it's currently very inconvenient. **Recommendations to others considering Infor Global Human Resources:** I would advise anyone implementing GHR to take their time and set it up thoughtfully. One mistake can cause multiple downstream issues. **What problems is Infor Global Human Resources solving and how is that benefiting you?** The integration of talent with GHR has been beneficial. We have used outside products in the past, and developing a dependable interface is challenging. ### 5.
