What do you like best about Infor Birst?

For what works well, you can really do a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infor Birst?

Their service is / was (2015-2020 customer) very buggy. We had bi-monthly calls with them, but there was little progress to show, and no prioritization to correct long-outstanding major functionality that simply didn't work.

WORSE, they would release code EVEN AFTER we reported major failures while it was in beta. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Infor Birst?

Birst has been a fundamental tool for me, due to the fact that it allows me to create visualizations very easily. Also I can connect from many data sources without any mishap. The support is something that I emphasize of Birst by the fact that he has been able to solve my doubts. And as an important fact I love it because the import of the data is great from DBs sources, txt files and xls, to name some specifically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infor Birst?

I would like you to make for the next more stable or concise product updates, I do not see differences or aspects that have changed for months. It should also be noted that there is a failure in the distribution of reports, I mean that not all recipients receive these reports. Added to that, it is slow to load the panels because of the cloud server. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I enjoy to the maximum using Birst, it gives me the tranquility and ease that I want. In turn, it is good to note that you will have a program with fundamental characteristics available to achieve successful analyzes and with the most professional precision you have seen. This program has contributed greatly to the company, we are completely happy with its application. We can analyze data with a lot of clinical eye. In addition, our partners are convinced to adapt this software to their facilities since we also use it as a delivery mechanism to display the data and they found it great the way in which they are delivered.
