It also makes it a tool very useful in the management of individual organization as well as that of the group. **What do you dislike about Infolio?** Most of the image or document files are not shown in the preview within Infolio as such, but only in the Application Preview. This makes me to work in and out of Infolio and the other separate cloud storage application that I use, and this interrupts my flow. **What problems is Infolio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Infolio has proved useful for the organization of the projects and I have been able to organize the tasks as well. I greatly appreciate the ability to delegate the work, create deadlines, and communicate with people in one place. ### 3. This helps as we can see each other’s inputs and further develop the ideas in real time, while checking that everybody has the same vision. **What do you dislike about Infolio?** At times I yearn for more extensive integration with files. When it comes to managing large projects that have sub-tasks and corresponding deadlines, it is not always easy within Infolio. This means that to track time effectively frequently, a project management tool of some kind may be required. **What problems is Infolio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Infolio has changed our team’s idea generation, for the better of course. It has done away with inefficiency of previous procedures and has created a culture of cooperation.
