What do you like best about inFlow Inventory?

Very good user interface and very clear. Products can be assigned well via barcode scanner and the smart function for product classification is also good. We can assign goods faster and also find them again - it also shows us a warning when a product is no longer available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about inFlow Inventory?

I appreciate the easy handling and the good overview in the admin area. We were able to quickly add our products to the warehouse - they are now all stored in the new software. The creation of a new product is fast and a lot of additional information (product info) is automatically recorded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about inFlow Inventory?

Easy controlling of our inventory, incoming and outgoing products will be recognized automatically if scanned properly. Good overview in the dashboard - possibilities to adjust for the company. Sales control and reports by month possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about inFlow Inventory?

Issues regarding different tax groups - if we sell and purchase products without tax this is not possible to see correctly in the reporting tab. We see always the 19% tax group and have to mark this products separately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is inFlow Inventory solving and how is that benefiting you?

This program is so very easy to use. However, the price doesn’t include some features that we really wish that it would. The fact that you can either have cloud-based or device-based is not a good thing, especially when it’s something so important. If we had an internet outage, we couldn’t use it. If we wanted to be able to use it without internet, we lose the app compatibility. We shouldn’t have to decide between the two; there should be an option that includes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quite Basic Inventory System That Is Good At Being Just A Basic Inventory System"

What do you like best about inFlow Inventory?

We have been using the standalone version of InFlow for many years. Quite easy to use, great support staff via their live chat on the inflow website while the maintenance plan is active, even though sadly technical support over the phone isn't offered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about inFlow Inventory?

The integrations to make labels is a very complicated for my fellow colleagues. Sometimes it doesn't log in easily and we had to purchase quite a few licenses when we first started up with inflow because it cannot be used in more than one pc at a time, now that years have passed and we don't need so many concurrent users we are sadly stuck with all these extra users that we paid extra for no reason. We also are looking for reasons to switch to another company as inflow does not offer much support after the maintenance period has departed and we had to constantly pay extra to renew a maintenance plan to receive support. Recommendations to others considering inFlow Inventory:

Consider the tedious aspect of having to pay for a maintance plan as well as having to do manual inventory as inflow offers no API connections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is inFlow Inventory solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving a matter of inventory to our business with inflow, that is a very tedious process as sadly inflow also offers no API access either so alot of this inventory maintenance is very MANUAL.

With no API access and limited integrations to our online marketplaces Inflow has been limiting to our company in its capabilities and what it can do. Connecting the API connections to certain marketplaces allowing data to flow to and from it would be a great system, but without it, it is very limited in what we can and cannot do with it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
