What we notice so far is that Infisical has a very inuitive interface and is easy to use. It is well documented and we got very patient support on our implementation. We are implementing Infisical for its broad integrations. I noticed walking throught the interfaces that it's performing fast. Though I am not from accounting I do not know the pricing, but I can tell you get a lot in one product and very helpfull support. So it may be worth the price! At this moment we have not checked the AI functions, but we expect it to be helpfull in our token life cycle management using the Infisical Agent. We will also explore all other AI support for our Kubernetes platform. And use it to get the full product experience. **What do you dislike about Infisical?** We've not discovered any downsides of the program. **What problems is Infisical solving and how is that benefiting you?** A single point for secrets and certificates management, which fully integrates in our complete platform, serving multiple municipalities. ### 2. During the initial research phase, we received quick and clear answers to our questions, making it easy to get a solid understanding of the platform's capabilities and whether it would fit our organization's needs. When requesting a price quote for the enterprise version, our interaction with GTM/sales was smooth and professional. They took the time to understand our specific situation without resorting to typical sales pitches — just clear, straightforward communication. The technical side is equally convincing. Setting up secrets management turned out to be surprisingly quick and easy, even in a somewhat more complex environment. The same goes for certificate management: intuitively designed and free of unnecessary complexity, allowing us to become operational fast. In short: a platform that's not only technically solid, but where the people behind the product make a real difference too. A pleasant experience from start to finish. **What do you dislike about Infisical?** So far, nothing significant to report. The onboarding, secrets management setup, and certificate management have all gone smoothly, and the sales/support experience has been positive throughout. **What problems is Infisical solving and how is that benefiting you?** Until now, we haven't experienced any problems. ### 3. We used to labor over making sure our .env files were in sync; Infisical quickly got rid of that. Furthermore, as we've grown as an org, we've since been able to embrace their more advanced features like secret rotations, granular access controls and their plethora of 3rd party integrations with other services we use. Highly recommend it! **What do you dislike about Infisical?** Nothing to date - the Infisical team is A+ at receiving feedback or product feature requests and incorporating it onto their roadmap. They've dealt with any issues my team or I had super quick and keep me updated on the progress of things too. **What problems is Infisical solving and how is that benefiting you?** Infisical increases security by preventing accidental code check-ins of secrets, or passing around .env files. It also enables easier secrets access from CI, and has great integrations allowing the propagation of secrets into our hosting providers (with added sugar like being able to automatically trigger redeploys of our apps/services when secrets on Infisical are added, deleted or changed). Finally, Infisical has some more advanced features like support for secret rotations and granular access controls so we can control who on the team has read/write perms. ### 7. Bonus point is that you can self-host it on your own infra or use the cloud-hosted product if that’s easier. **What do you dislike about Infisical?** Nothing comes to mind.
