## Infinity Reviews
  ### 1. Flexible Tool with Great Customization, But Steep Learning Curve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mikey S. | Owner/CEO of OrangeWave Creative Media, Media Production, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Infinity?**

One thing I really love about Infinity is the one-time lifetime license, which allows me to utilize all of its powerful capabilities without a monthly subscription. I also like that it's flexible and you can set it up the way that you want to, so you're not locked into one use case. You can make it your own and make it be what you need it to be for your business.

**What do you dislike about Infinity?**

It can be hard to get something set up. They have some pretty good templates, but because you can make it be whatever you want it to be, it can take a little bit of time to figure out how you want it set up in a way that's actually helpful. They do have some pretty good training and support but, it can be a little bit overwhelming at first with the fairly steep learning curve.

**What problems is Infinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Infinity helps me manage multiple tasks and projects for different clients, track progress and what's done, and handle feedback efficiently.

  ### 2. All Features You Need for Flawless Work Management

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mureed a. | Web Developer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Infinity?**

Infinity with a One-time payment provides all Trello features with automation and the support of team collaboration. The support is beneficial and fast. Infinity is a very rabid tool that can be a Trello alternative in the near future for many companies

**What do you dislike about Infinity?**

The limitation in the use of reports and other integration with the most powerful tools in the market like dropbox or even google drive which can make a big difference if they support it soon.

**What problems is Infinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

managing team work for about 5 employees in my company, the automation and recurring features can make reminders for many tasks and even payments for my customers.

  ### 3. Team Boards That Boost Transparency and Prioritization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon W. | Performance Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Infinity?**

The way in which we can build team boards for full transparency on what members are up to and their priorities

**What do you dislike about Infinity?**

Receiving an email notification when any update is made to any activity - having an opt out for comms coming through depending on what happens would be great

**What problems is Infinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication on various tasks and responsibilities with teams that we have contact with as well as those that are in different areas of the business

  ### 4. Tons of flexibility but still plenty of room to grow

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ted C. | Admin, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 24, 2021

**What do you like best about Infinity?**

I've used Airtable in the past, and this is definitely a sort of Airtable knock off, but I definitely don't mean that in a bad way. Obviously Airtable is years ahead of Infinity, but it feels like they're catching up very quickly. The platform is super flexible and can handle most things you want to throw at it. Also terrific support.

**What do you dislike about Infinity?**

It's not quite as mature as Airtable is yet, but of course that'll come with time. The mobile app also seems a bit clunky, but it's nice that they've built one.

**What problems is Infinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've used this for mostly project/work management type work so far, but I plan to use it in the future for personal organization as well.

  ### 5. Great affordable PMS!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Publishing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Infinity?**

Infinity is a great option that allows a lot of flexibility for small businesses. It allows for different views, filters, etc. to meet a lot of needs.

**What do you dislike about Infinity?**

I wish they had a dash boarding feature. Also wish there was a better progress tracker and sub-tasks.

**Recommendations to others considering Infinity:**

It's great if you have a limited budget and lots of collaborators

**What problems is Infinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My nonprofit uses this to manage the many projects we are juggling all at once. It makes it easy for us to collaborate, assign action items, and see which stage a project is at at any given time.

  ### 6. Early days but it is getting there

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richie E. | Research & Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Infinity?**

Sure you can have templates and everything but as someone working in the IT industry, I like that you can start building your data models first and then you can have a selection of views on the fly -- list, kanban, even calendar view.

Aside from that, their roadmap is visible for everyone to see.

Moreover, you can get quick and personal support.

**What do you dislike about Infinity?**

Since it is early days, it can still have bugs that cost me good amount of data. It was a bug that reset a date field on all ~3-months worth of my data and it happened when I did a seemingly normal movement of data between folders. I never got back my data even after supoprt figured out the fault in their system that caused the bug.

**Recommendations to others considering Infinity:**

Infinity is definitely worth trying out for small teams at first. I believe if they get enough support, they can still build a great product. They do have Lifetime Deals (LTDs) which is a great value if you consider where they're headed.

**What problems is Infinity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My team and I used Infinity as a collaboration tool for our WFH setup. Aside from the usual project and ticket tracking, its flexibility allowed us to make boards even to make our COVID-related health status visible within the team to help us keep watch of one anothers' health.
