**What do you like best about Infinity Call Tracking?**

The infinity platform is easy to use and can be used by multiple people within the organisation. We have many segments set up to help the business breakdown the data, this helps stakeholders to focus on the content that is relevant to them. We like the fact infinity is linked with Google Ads and can help us to optimise our PPC activity.

**What do you dislike about Infinity Call Tracking?**

The management of single numbers for offline activity has to be manged centrally (in-house) it would be good if there was a feature in the platform to help with this.

**What problems is Infinity Call Tracking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Infinity helps us to solve situations where we cannot see a customer journey. It enables us to manage different segments of the business and help individual areas manage the call lead flow. We do not yet use conversation analytics, but hopefully, it will help us to manage customer experience.

**What do you like best about Infinity Call Tracking?**

The product itself is brilliant, it is the only way we are able to put an ROI on marketing and commercial activity. The "Hub" has a great user experience so you are never wasting time making changes or finding data. Best of all though the team are always there to support when needed and bring new products to your attention so that you can continously improve.

**What do you dislike about Infinity Call Tracking?**

Across an entire commercial or marketing team the system does takes time to understand and set up so it up is able to support everyone but it is worth it in the end.

**What problems is Infinity Call Tracking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We never had an accurate return on invesment measurement from marketing or commercial activity. Introducing Infinity Call Tracking and the multiple APIs it plugs into has allowed us to get to that number effectivly. We can now make more accurate buisness decisions.

**What do you like best about Infinity Call Tracking?**

Infinity call tracking helps us to report back to the business on the success of marketing campaigns, it provides intricate detail on each call and gives an overall view of important channels and business areas.

**What do you dislike about Infinity Call Tracking?**

It has become much more user-friendly so the downsides have significantly reduced. However, a downside is not all our data within infinity is accurate and therefore we have to be weary of results on fixed numbers if our data isn't in the right categories. But this is currently being sorted with the help of the team.

It helps us narrow down what activity might be working and what might not be in terms of marketing. We are currently trying to be more efficient with the output of work so Infinity will help us add to this project.

The richness of the data captured via the platform - allowing our company to effectively track new leads via telephone channels.

The technical support and client management team (particularly Alex Gibbons and Jordan Ball) deserves a special mention - they are always on hand to support and have been a pleasure to work with.

I have no negative comments to say about the platform.

Tracking inbound calls globally across a number of markets and brands can be challenging for any business. The Infinity platform allows us to capture all relevant data on those inbound calls (including their channel, landing page. conversion page) and duration of call. 

They are a leader in this field, and the solution is very simple to implement, via Javascript.

I've been using Infinity call tracking for over 5 years and it provides an amazing amount of insight that our company could not do without. Their customer service and suport functions are also excellent - it is great to know that there is always someone there to help if you need it

I can't think of any downsides with Infinity!

As a digital analyst I am most interested in what channels are driving the most enquiries to our business. Infinity allows us to optimize our digital campaigns  and our website in general to provide the best service for our users. Infinity's conversational analytics also allows us to see what users are calling about, further optimising our site and our call centre operations.

**What do you like best about Infinity Call Tracking?**

The tool allows us to track calls by assigning a unique ID to every call made on the domain. Infinity also dynamically feeds this data which would otherwise be offline, making our campaigns much more successful. Generating a significant incremental revenue per month, the main advantage is on volume where calls still make up a large proportion of our B2B sales. 

We have an excellent account manager who has been on hand to help with any renewals, integrations and additional features we want to explore.

The company was particularly helpful with the migration we went through and their technical teams seamlessly adapting the tasks needed to be done to our business needs. It was greatly appreciated.

I'm particilalry impressed with the conversation analytics tool, something we are currently exploring as a new feature for our marketing department.

It's quite an expensive tool, however, I'd say you definitely get what you pay for. It is a tool we consider business critical and wouldn't be without it now.

It is easy to integrate and provides us with user date which we can't get anywhere else. The support and account management are second to none. We have been able to do so much more with their support. They are also always rolling out new products which compliment the service using AI to help cut down on the work that our team has to do manually.

**What do you dislike about Infinity Call Tracking?**

There were initial teething problems with the collection of the data but this was more due to our side but with the help and support of the team at infinity it was quickly resolved. I think that the interface could be slightly more user friendly but apart from that it is a great service.

**What problems is Infinity Call Tracking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were unable to understand properly the initiation of our client journeys and track these to a granualar source of business. This was solved and we are now able to optimise our marketing campaigns on and offline. We are also going to start using the information and other products to further enhance our MI capabilities.

We are still understanidng the potential of this platform, but starting to get all the links with our data currently is where we will really start to see true insight.

The migration wasn't straight forward, I wish we had tidied up our data we migrated across from Response Tap as its causing a mess now. But not really to do with the platform as such.

Visibility of the performance of our marketing spend AND activities, not just online, but offline marketing as well.  We could not match inbound calls to sales tickets and now we are in the process of doing this using the TRX.

There isn't anything fundamental I dislike about Infinity, and the way we work the tool does what we require.

The ability to feed offline call data into our SA360 bid strategy, this have greatly improved our RoAS. Additionally the improved attribution and visibility of call performance is really useful data to have.

**What do you dislike about Infinity Call Tracking?**

The journey tracking is an amazing feature but you're not currently able to export in bulk from this, having the ability to analyse journeys from thousands of interactions would be really insightful to understand how our customers behave across different propositions and segments.

**What problems is Infinity Call Tracking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Infinity we weren't able to input call data dynamically into our PPC bid strategy, this was a great detriment to the account as a significant proportion of conversions are calls. With infinity we can now add call data to our bid strategy and since doing so have seen a signifcant uplift in revenue, RoAS and the efficiency of our account.

Infinity call tracking has helped to attribute offline conversions to paid search channels, which in turn has led better efficiencies in performance. 

Infinity is easy to use and the reports are comprehensive provide a wealth of insight.

Infinity tracking is still limited to attributiong offline conversions on a last click basis, and as such, somewhat limited compared to more sophisticated attribution models like DDA.

Infinity is helping to attribute conversions generated from the call centre to paid channels and in turn boosting performance.

The platform provides clear data and analytics to help shape our marketing initiatives. It also helps resource management and enhances training and development opportunities. Opportunities to develop how we use the platform and what it can provide are always clearly explained, so we know our options. Customer service and account management are excellent. Near enough instant reply via email and calls answered immediately. Friendly and helpful and always resolve the issue. Offer recommendations on problems faced and how to implement these.

The source of calls has been hugely important for us to be able to look at ROI on our marketing activity. Moving budget into areas that are performing well and showing returns and conversions. Being able to monitor offline and online activity has been very important.

Infinity Call Tracking has allowed us to see data in areas where we once had zero visibility. Being able to see these blind spots has had a significant impact on both our strategy and cost efficiency.

Because of all the problems it can solve, it is initially overwhelming to understand exactly what it can do for your business. The possibilities are endless; the more training is done, the more it can be used business-wide for any company.

It allows us to understand the customer journey for those not completing it online. Something we have not been able to track in many areas of the business. It is not just tracking these successful calls but allows us to see any pain points for the customer that we can help to solve.

We are using the Infinity platform to track phone calls, record them, and analyze the data (for calls from Google/Bing ads but also from email campaigns etc.). This feature is particularly useful for us as we heavily rely on phone calls for sales and customer service. The platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate, with a clean and intuitive interface.

If you need to add more users you need to contact support to do it for you.

Infinity allows to see which paid and organic channels are driving calls to our Contact Centre, thus helping us attribute back and more accurately measure CPAs. Data extracts are also extensive and allow for additional analysis of your own.

Infinity has many integrations that may need additional help from the Support team to implement. We are also working with the team to bring in the Smart Match feature to gauge sales volumes from calls accurately.

This software gives us all the features to run adequate customer support within budget. The dashboard provides all the required data, such as calls count, metrics, hold timings, etc.

The long waiting time if we encounter any issues sometimes complicates our customer executives' lives. They must improve technical support by expanding their workforce.

There are a few delays on product for GA4 intergration but the product team are reactive and i'm confident this will be in place soon

Our account executive Eleanor is always accommodating with anything you need. I also like the ease of the dashboards and how they give you a quick overview of how everything is going

I want to be able to listen to more of the calls - as in going back further than 28 days. In addition, having the ability to chop and change more of the dial-plan at a given time.

Infinity Call Tracking gives us the best insight into the quality of leads generated and their value to our online activities. They are a good partner to have and also quick to react to any queries.

I think it's quite challenging to understand the limitations of the software and I feel like we might be missing out on a lot of data. Maybe more videos to show the product potential, and an account manager check-in or account review.

There's nothing i don't like about Infinity CallTracking.

It allows me to accuratly see how many calls i've recevied on deliverables for example customer magazines, press ads, direct mailers.

Offline support is amazing, Paige is knowledgeable and answers any questions i have.

The insight the Infinity platform offers is invaluable. Lots of businesses currently don't track the value of calls and are therefore under-reporting on their marketing activity. Infinity helps to solve this, but offers above and beyond just call numbers, you can delve into conversion paths, length of calls and call value.

Infinity team is very attentive and always prompt to help, no matter what the request is. Their extensive knowledge is always in hand to advise on the best options, ensuring that our business interests are always met.

What I feel is a bit of a letdown on their platform is the fact that there are no dynamic reports, like I've seen in some other platforms. This would be very beneficial to their clients.

**What problems is Infinity Call Tracking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Infinity Call Tracking to divert calls based on the IVR option selected. From there, we track how many calls are missed on each store, how long it rings on average before the call is answered, the source of the calls, aka online ad, website, offline ad.
Infinity Call Tracking gave us great visibility on what works in terms of marketing campaigns. We established, for example, that the cost of having a sign on the building with a telephone number is not justifiable based on the volume of calls received, as most people go online now to call the stores.

From my perspective, some of the most valuable features and functions of Infinity are:

- The top one would be Conversational Analytics, allowing us to dig into the conversations that consumers and clients are having with our business. Instrumental is the ability to add in any keywords we want to track and focus solely on those calls to drive our marketing efforts, identify training requirements, etc.

- We can manage available extra features without any support from Infinity, for example, Missed Call Email Alerts, Post Call Rating, Call Announcements, and the creation of Fixed Numbers.

- Ease of use across several different functions of our business. Whether you're just someone with access to do a bit of call listening or if you're managing the full utilisation, Infinity has made everything user friendly and intuitive.

- Finally, I would also say that the team from Infinity are fantastic to work with. Whether you require something from the support team or if you want to run an idea past the client success team, they're always there, ready to help in any way they can, swiftly.

**What do you dislike about Infinity Call Tracking?**

Off the top of my head, I can't think of anything that is a downside per se. We'd love to have specific functionality, but thankfully their product team is highly receptive to client feedback.

One thing that would help, primarily due to the way we operate as a business, would be to allow for more conditional filtering rules, e.g., using AND & OR to build complex filters and save them within the Infinity Hub itself.

**Recommendations to others considering Infinity Call Tracking:**

As my review shows, I can't recommend Infinity enough. But if you're on the fence, all I can say is test it out to see how would work for you. Testing is very straightforward with the team from Infinity.

- The nature of our marketing-generated calls (are they new business opportunities or ongoing business calls).

- A more accurate view of ROAS.

- Insight into the heart of conversations that can help drive our advertising activity, product development, etc.

- Complete visibility of calls and how they're handled by our staff, which easily allows for more targeted training.

Their account management has been great at staying in touch with us and making sure everything is working as it should, as well as keeping us informed of additional functionality we could be making use of. The Infinity Hub is also fast, straightforward, and a great tool to use. A particular mention should go to Infinity's Support team, who have provided an excellent and lightning-fast service when presented with any technical issues or queries.

**What do you dislike about Infinity Call Tracking?**

A minor issue but we found the breakdown of some costs to be a little obfuscated - it would be good to see a simple breakdown of costs within the Hub itself, eg. what our Fixed Numbers are costing versus Dial-In Groups, per month.

**Recommendations to others considering Infinity Call Tracking:**

Infinity's account management can provide in-depth training for the Infinity Hub, which I'd recommend getting to grips with early to fully make use of the reporting and analytics (something we wish we'd done sooner!).

**What problems is Infinity Call Tracking solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to track website calls effectively has been Infinity's primary function for us, most importantly allowing our PPC agency to know which ads are generating leads once users land on the website. Being able to quickly and simply set up bespoke numbers to use on offline marketing collateral to track calls is also a main benefit.

When we've encountered errors or holes in our telephony tracking, the Infinity support team have been really helpful in diagnosing and rectifying our issues. The data they provide is great and we're about to start using their new conversation analytics product, which looks great too. The dashboard is easy to use and compared to other call tracking providers I've used in the past, their platform is incredibly light touch.

Infinity has made streamlining the process of tracking calls to users a doddle; the most impressive part of their service is the API which is easy and intuitive to link directly to our client's application, making tracking of calls and automation of updating numbers a cinch. The documentation of which is laid out so well, even a relative coding idiot such as myself has a chance of understanding. To top it off, their customer service is reactive and top-notch.

If you're at the limit of allocated numbers, it can sometimes be tricky to manage, but with a little bit of work and help from their customer service team, this does eventually become a manageable task.
