The design is simple and it makes learning and navigating their platform easy to do. **What do you dislike about InfiniteWP?** The functions of InfiniteWP are somewhat limited compared to other site maintenance platforms and doing updates through their interface could be somewhat difficult if it was a mass update or a plugin update with lots of change logs to read through. **What problems is InfiniteWP solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had multiple designers working on specific sites that our company owns/hosts, so InfiniteWP made it easy to organize sites so each developer had their own space. Their bulk update tool also allowed us to take care of minor plugin updates across multiple websites in seconds. Ultimately, their functions were not compatible with the number of sites and scope of work that we needed to do, so we ended up switching to another platform. ### 2. InfiniteWP was one of the best investments I ever made, and I still use it a decade or so later. **What do you dislike about InfiniteWP?** It's not quite as easy to add a site as with WpmuDev. Also, the ability to automatically compare before-and-after views of the site is missing, so I worry about unattended updates. **What problems is InfiniteWP solving and how is that benefiting you?** When you manage a lot of sites for clients, it's important to keep track of everything - what themes, what plugins, update status, etc. When I first got InfiniteWP my web maintenance business was just starting; now, I'm well established and I attribute that to InfiniteWP. ### 3. I tried other similar services, and this is hands down the best. You can update multiple websites themes, plugins, and core at the click of a button. **What do you dislike about InfiniteWP?** Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about this product. **What problems is InfiniteWP solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems solved above are not having to log into dozens of websites one by one and going through the update process. ### 4. If you work in an agency, it is the perfect solution to implement a master login power, along with a one-click update feature. **What do you dislike about InfiniteWP?** I don't have anything I dislike. It has excellent support, but as with all features, you need to pay for it, and depending on the size of your company, you can afford it or not. **Recommendations to others considering InfiniteWP:** Don't hesitate; this tool is beneficial for any business. **What problems is InfiniteWP solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm saving time for the company because, as a user, we all have the same access point, and it is easy to manage multiple WP sites. I also like the new improvements to the client's report. ### 5. I am fully satisfied with the features that can helps to do work in a single place. All other wordpress can be easily assembled in a single place that makes it awesome. **What do you dislike about InfiniteWP?** Some features of the software is highly priced but all other sections are just awesome. **What problems is InfiniteWP solving and how is that benefiting you?** The software is amazing for the wp wordpress that can be easily assembled in a single place that helps to do work so fast. The features of the software is so easy to understand and set up. The cost of the core features are free but premium level is so expensive. A superb software to me. ### 6. The most important, to me, is the ability to see all my sites needs at once. I don't have to login to 50 different sites over the course of the day, I'm done in seconds. **What do you dislike about InfiniteWP?** Some of the additional options are overly priced. That's tough for smaller users, but it also allows Infinite to keep giving their services for free too. **Recommendations to others considering InfiniteWP:** If you value your time, this is the product for you. **What problems is InfiniteWP solving and how is that benefiting you?** It saves so much time. Basically 2 clicks, and all my sites are updated. This was previously a very long process, as I'd have to go to each site, login, navigate to the updates, do the plugins, and then the themes. This eliminates all that. ### 10. Also, they have a terrible account management system and wouldn't process a refund when we were charged after we couldn't figure out how to cancel. **What problems is InfiniteWP solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were for a while able to cut down on some of our time spent managing multiple WordPress installations. ### 11.
