What do you like best?
I like a lot of things about this software. The most important, to me, is the ability to see all my sites needs at once. I don't have to login to 50 different sites over the course of the day, I'm done in seconds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
Some of the additional options are overly priced. That's tough for smaller users, but it also allows Infinite to keep giving their services for free too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?
When it works, it's an easy way to do some basic management of the WordPress backend Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
The product often stops working inexplicably, despite no changes to either the underlying WordPress installation/s or the server it's running on. Also, they have a terrible account management system and wouldn't process a refund when we were charged after we couldn't figure out how to cancel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Connections to sites sometimes break and require you to go and deactivate/activate plugins to restore the connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
