One of the best thing about InfiniteCRM is how easy it is to implement and use.

Features like lead management, sales pipelin, analytics and marketing automation, etc.

What do you dislike about InfiniteCRM?

May take more time to implement for large organizations. The process can feel lengthy if there is a complex workflows.

Frequency of new or updated features can be inconsistent, especially if we look for cutting edge tool.
