Very intuitive platform features **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Chapmaniey M. | Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2021 **What do you like best about InDrive?** I have always believed that platforms like these can gain popularity amongst users through the way they have set up their notification system to be precise and very informative which has been one of my main favourite features whenever I am using Infinite Cab. I have liked Infinite cab because of how quick their notifications reach my devices and whenever a driver cancels it is very swift in notifying me and I am notified about driver GPS position and bookings among a lot of other aspects which I have found to be very handy. I also liked that it allows me to search for the driver that I want which is a feature I have not seen in other products and the upside of this feature for me is I can get a driver that has once provided me with good services. The user interface also has a very easy-to-use and attractive dashboard. Moreover, I like that it updates frequently to improve the interface and the upside here can be noted in how bug-free the application is. **What do you dislike about InDrive?** Ever since I started using this product the problem has been the excessive of my devices processing power which has at times slowed my devices. **Recommendations to others considering InDrive:** This is a platform is very reliable internal of planning and for this, I would recommend it to anyone considering it. **What problems is InDrive solving and how is that benefiting you?** My problem before Infinite Cab was receiving delayed notifications whereby I will be waiting for a driver that has cancelled already but the notification would not have reached my account. I have noted a benefit in using Infinite Cab because it has a very quick notification system that I can always rely on since it is always on time. ### 2. The user interface has this feature that provides the most detailed information about the trip and the driver. It is very precise because whenever I requested a driver I am told about the Expected Time of Arrival and his GPS location while he is on his way to pick me up which helps in preparation and planning. Moreso it provides me with an option to choose a prefereble model of the cab and also I can set time and date for future pickups. It is compatible with all my devices which means I can book a cab from any location and the experience from the web-based interface compared to the mobile is still the same which is very helpful since it offers flexibility to the user. **What do you dislike about InDrive?** One downside is that the application drains a lot of battery for me that at times I am left with less battery to finish my whole day with. **Recommendations to others considering InDrive:** I would recommend anyone considering the product to find a mobile device that houses a bigger battery to cater for the large consumption that comes from this product. **What problems is InDrive solving and how is that benefiting you?** I would say making trip plans for the future has been my greatest issue for the reasons that involve not being able to find a reliable product that gives precise detailed information about the driver and flexibility to choose preferable cars. Using Infinite cab has helped so much because of its precision that gives me the confidence to set up a trip with easiness. ### 3.
