Really dislike the asterisk limit in the query build; very difficult to exclude irrelevant content especially if it's an entity; don't love that I'm not able to see all the tweets like I can on other platforms (sample tweets I can read in Infegy is small); don't love that that I can't just select all to change sentiment like I can on other platforms. I'm sure it's great if you have the time to explore / learn, but when you're constantly on quick turnaround requests, having to personally teach the platform the language I'm looking to speak is not efficient. Also don't like that I can't include multiple generations in one query, I have to create subsets. Very simple to setup with solid coverage of historically difficult Instagram content, which pulls through in far higher volumes compared to other leading social listening tools. Data viz is also very clean and clear - good enough to screenshot directly into presentations needing fast turnaround times. Multi-query, side by side monitors are a selling point, taking a few extra minutes to create, with no need for complex tagging or filtering. Would love to have the ability to export all data viz and tables easily to excel (not only as images). Some tweaks to the UI to save and navigate more simply between workspaces and monitors would also be welcomed - although I've only been using the tool for a few weeks and likely need to get used to it. This is an incredibly robust tool, so there is definitely a learning curve when you begin using the platform. Having the chat function to engage the Infegy team and help narrow our focus and ensure we're receiving the key insights and data we're looking for is reason enough to invest in this tool. Boolean language is extremely logical, but not always intuitive. The biggest struggle our team has had is in setting up our queries to really get the information we're looking for. Similarly, once we do yield results that appear to be in line with what we had expected to see, finding applicable ways to utilize that knowledge to provide added value to our clients isn't always easy or obvious.
