I do like the customizable aspect of the platform. I think that if you are able to understand the filters and proficient in boolean it is a pretty powerful tool. I also really like the fact that you can use custom data sets and save filters and such so if you know you have to come back to a project, you can save time. Despite all of the fancy AI stuff I find myself reading a large amount of comments by hand anyway to pick out themes. Its helpful in finding words that pop up alot but human language is complex. just because a word pops up alot doens't mean everyone is using it the same way.

Infegy Atlas includes all of the basic social listening functions, as well as custom metrics (such as influence score, passion score, etc.) that are instrumental in communicating social listening findings to clients, especially those who are not social-savvy. The tool itself is great, and is accessible for newbies as well as more experienced users. However, the greatest value-add for me has been the customer service. I've been able to build far more advanced queries and benefit from a second opinion on all of my projects because of the always-available customer service team and the exceptional customer success rep that has been matched with my organization.
