Their tech allows for easy, and time-saving analysis for researchers to flip data into insights, especially for those nagging quick-turn ones. Infegy is extremely easy to use. It takes just few minutes to create a simple query and the results are popping out very fast. Boolean queries can be confusing, but the times that I ran into trouble there was the "tips and tricks" webpage that helped me fix my query as well as someone able to chat at all times! I've found Infegy to be extremely useful for social listening, with a wide variety of tools to explore. Despite the breadth of the platform, it's been very intuitive, especially thanks to Shawna Harvey and her helpful guidance.
