I think this is a great tool when I'm doing a quick social listening exercise and trying to gauge interest or volume of mentions on a particular topic. The only thing that comes to mind is that there was a learning curve for figuring out how to apply the analyzed findings to our unique work. The linguistic analysis capabilities are highly interactive and provide a wide variety of means for reviewing popular topics. The sample sizes and indexes of the post data is not as robust as it could be, which results in less-than-ideal quantitative analysis. Infegy is a useful tool for broad and niche topics, with filters and region specific searches more insights can be found.
