I love the word bubble tool which shows you the most relevant words and the font size measures relevancy. It is an easy way to see if you need to edit your workspace or if you're on the right track. Additionally, it is nice because it will break down for you the ratios and more details in order in this section as well. The data is not prompted; there are no guardrails to what consumers are expressing; Infegy data gives us what's resonating in their minds. The user interface is not completely intuitive. There are SO many ways to pull data but if you are not a regular user of the tool, it is hard to know.
