I think Infegy is intuitive for the ability to create different pages for different queries that come to mind. There is no easy way of selecting select favored snippets from social listening. If I do not write down the social media pieces I find manually I will have trouble returning to find them. Most social listening tools do not produce results from more guarded platforms, like TikTok or Instagram. Also, the results pulled represent just a sample of the total conversations that exist on the web, so it's possible that a large chunk of important information is missing. It wasn't super hard to use, and it gave a lot of data. I liked how many filters could be applied, so you didn't have to focus too much on the Boolean logic.
