It is user-friendly and has many capabilities. It is easy to set up projects and queries and to make changes to them. The platform loads very fast. What I liked the most was that you do not need to connect FB,IG, Tiktok, Tw (X) accounts to get conversation from those social media networks and it brings data from those sites which is really useful when you need data from those social media networks. It has the discovery of influencers and demographic data that is helpful. The onboarding team and support are very efficient and helpful as well. There are some missing widgets that we would need to have in the dashboards in Atlas to have better visualizations of data, but we talked to them and they will develop it. Once we learned how to use the filters and searches, Infegy has empowered us to improve our social insights. We now use the tool weekly. It's an essential part of our social offering.
