However, Infegy Alas produces a sample of posts across several of these "harder to track" platforms which helps eliminate a lot of manual searching. **What do you dislike about Infegy Starscape?** The interface could be better. Also, the results pulled represent just a sample of the total conversations that exist on the web, so it's possible that a large chunk of important information is missing. **What problems is Infegy Starscape solving and how is that benefiting you?** I just Infegy Atlas when I want to uncover social conversations on niche platforms, like Instagram, Facebook, or Tiktok. I liked how many filters could be applied, so you didn't have to focus too much on the Boolean logic. I loved being able to download the charts to put straight into my reports. **What do you dislike about Infegy Starscape?** Some of the options seem a little bit hidden. In my job in the future, I will most likely use a tool that also has social media scheduling options, etc. tied in. **What problems is Infegy Starscape solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps try and solve marketing gaps or compare a brand to its competitors in the industry. Gets the job done **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Relations and Communications | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2022 **What do you like best about Infegy Starscape?** Really loving the revisions to Narratives, how easy set up is. **What do you dislike about Infegy Starscape?** Really dislike the asterisk limit in the query build; very difficult to exclude irrelevant content especially if it's an entity; don't love that I'm not able to see all the tweets like I can on other platforms (sample tweets I can read in Infegy is small); don't love that that I can't just select all to change sentiment like I can on other platforms. I'm sure it's great if you have the time to explore / learn, but when you're constantly on quick turnaround requests, having to personally teach the platform the language I'm looking to speak is not efficient. Also don't like that I can't include multiple generations in one query, I have to create subsets. It is hard to find great people to work with and its awesome to have them as a resource. **What do you dislike about Infegy Starscape?** Its not a very easy platform to use. I have done many demos but still have trouble when i need to go in and start my own query. **What problems is Infegy Starscape solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps share with our clients the key learnings of their brand and how other people view their brand or what others are saying about their brand. I also like that it is very easy to compare different segments by simply building a new query. **What do you dislike about Infegy Starscape?** I wish that this could process recorded sound to text; for example recorded podcasts and interviews.
