What do you like best about Inex One?

The platform itself is very organized, intuitive, and easy to navigate. Whenever we have had a question or feedback, the Inex One team has been very responsive and pleasant to work with. Great job to the IO team on creating an aggregate network that works quickly and smoothly to connect knowledge seekers and an array of expert networks. If the client experience is anything like the partner experience, you must have many happy customers! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inex One?

There have been a couple of instances where clients have canceled appointments with experts at the last minute, which has been a bit of a challenge. When an API is in place to connect back to external networks automatically, I think this will be a much easier situation for partners to handle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Inex One solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been able to engage with a broader audience by partnering with Inex One and have enjoyed working with their customers as well as their staff to bring value to new organizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
