InEvent is a very complex and robust product, which is a good thing, but it does make it difficult to jump right in and understand all of the features and how to use them. Fortunately, InEvent has layered support that's easy to access and they are extremely accommodating helping users find their way around and figure things out. Beyond that, they're always looking for ways to help me improve my processes and events and often they find little issues that I wasn't even aware of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about InEvent? The complexity of the software can make it challenging, but that's the price you pay for a product that does tons of stuff! I guess my biggest "complaint" would be lack of detail/clarity in error messages. Often the problem that causes the error is relatively simple, but sometimes the error messages don't provide enough feedback that you can figure out/fix the error.
