**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Networking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

I like the CCIE workbooks and the logic way to reach a certain goal/ obtain a certificate.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

Not a lot of automation content relevant to networking ( Python, Ansible)

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridging the gap in my technical skills

  ### 4. it's great platform BUT you'll suffer to get support

  ### 5. INE very professional and easy to use. Great learning for beginners as well as technical experts

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael T. | Network Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2021

**What do you like best about INE?**

Can read any course when you are online and just find the materials you need. Short and easy to use. Also has tons of materials that is relevant to my course as I always use it for looking up Cisco Topics. Great for automation as well and has excellent material for this as well as training modules labs that you can use to practice your technical skills.
Also great content and can easily be streamible on mobile as well as Laptop

**What do you dislike about INE?**

Content is not always up to date and missing key topics. Sometimes, need to modify content and jump through other topics to get full understanding. Have to wait for some topics at times. Had to wait for VXLAN topics as well as Cisco DNA and SDWAN | Ansible 2.0. Also the cost of the course is quite costly compared to other learning courses and needs to be annual compared to monthly.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving on fundamental understanding for Technology stacks. I am also learning more technical hand on skills to better myself on the education and improve on other aspects of my technical skills. Also learning on how to do things with proper guidelines and fundamentals as well as learning on how to build trail labs and implementing them in real life scenarios.

  ### 6. Huge Library

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis C. | Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2021

**What do you like best about INE?**

The contents go from entry level to really deep. This holds true regarding Cisco training and other technologies I'm currently diving into. I'm delving a little further away from pure networking and am very satisfied. DO I need to say I've been an INE customer since "the days" when they were named internetworkexpert.com ?

**What do you dislike about INE?**

Some content may be improved in its depth but it is more the exception than the rule

**Recommendations to others considering INE:**

Consider investing on your continuing education, it always pays off. This is a good choice and if you're a 'video person' this option is for you.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many day to day chores, such as: configuring a new seldom used feature and correcting ill configured ones (got great tips from one.com). This helped me get through in far less time considering reading the complete documentation is the other side of the coin. After that I got better understanding from the technology literature, so to speak, they open the mind's eye.

  ### 7. INE the best learning platform on the net

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juraj P. | System Engineer for Cyber Security, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2021

**What do you like best about INE?**

I love the way how your instructors teach, the quality of materials and the depth they go into each one of the topics.

OVer the course of a decade I've tried most of the learning platforms on the internet but you guys from INE do it best.

I've passed quite few certs thanks to you and I will be re-subscribing every year. Thank you, I am glad that I found you and that you love what you do and enable us to learn what we love.

Cheers.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

Nothing comes to mind. Even the mobile app is spot on. Never had any issue. Maybe only MFA such as Yubi could be implemented. The way how it is now it is a little bit "slower" but like it anyhow.

**Recommendations to others considering INE:**

IF you want to learn something properly, sign-up with INE. The yearly deal is almost next to nothing and it will be a freat benefit to yout IT expertise.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Certifications and new work related technologies.

Azure, Cisco, Pent.testing. I work in a very dynamic environment - Cyber Security so I need to know quite few technologies. INE covers all the IT domains so there is no way I am switching for a different platform :)

  ### 8. INE has good content to deep dive into networking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff Z. | Network Team Lead, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2021

**What do you like best about INE?**

There are a lot of good content on networking, which is what I care about. My two goal on getting the INE.com subscription is to pass the Cisco certification test and learn the new knowledge or just refresh my memory for something I have not done for a while. INE.com does very well on these two purpose. to my understanding, INE.com has more than just the networking stuff, it also has security, data science and some other stuff I may not be interested but someone else may find them helpful. for what I can access, I am so far pretty satisfied.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

I will have to watch it online, however, I understand why they do that. for the mobile apps, although they did upgraded it recently, however, to my personal opinion, it still doesn't cut. it does work on certain level, however, it cannot save my progress, or at least I don't know how to do that. Also again, because it is the mobile device, I do wish they can let us download the content so I can watch it even with Internet WIFI is available while I am travelling.

**Recommendations to others considering INE:**

INE.com just recently reduce their price, to me, this is good price for the content.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

mainly networking, all kinds of training I need for my networking career. also, I have VoIP as my side kick. not too much of it, but INE.com does have some good content on the VoIP field.

  ### 9. One of the most well put together online training platforms

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rick B. | Security Solutions Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2021

**What do you like best about INE?**

With INE, there are so many things to like. The learning paths are well layed out and easy to consume. All of the instructors are very good and well spoken. The reference material and labs on always in a place you can easily work from and flow well with the course. You can tell they put a lot of work into the workbooks as well as the labs.Bookmarks and notes in the training are very useful. From the begining of INE, Rack Rentals have been a main stay and one of the reasons I joined early on. They continue to be one of the main reasons I use them, I can try things out in a lab environment without have to build it myself. I also like the ability to discover different learning paths when training. I have done trainings, I normally would have thought of.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

For me personally, there are not many dislikes with INE; the only thing that comes to mind is the pricing, which is a little high when you have to pay for it personally. When they changed the pricing model last year, I was lucky enough to be grandfathered as a legacy user, which was nice, but If you want to take a bootcamp, it gets really expensive because you have to have a Premium Plan that is required.

**Recommendations to others considering INE:**

I always recoomend INE to all my associates and people asking for a good online learning took. I have been a customer for almost 5 years. I have coworkers come back and thank me for the recommendation and they in turn have recommended to others.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whenm I first starting usinng INE, I was using it for the Cisco certifications I needed for my job. I continue to use INE for self training and to keep up with the technoogy trends. I also find it very useful for my ablity to review, understand and test out various tools that I come across in my job as a consultant. One of the best benifits with INE is when a customer brings up a technology and I can speak to it based on what I learned from INE.

  ### 10. I am every satisfy with INE, love the trainnings for cisco, also the travis bonfigi course.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jon S. | Cybersecyrity Engineer and Team Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2021

**What do you like best about INE?**

INE is helpful for engineers who seeks to get knowldege on specific topics with good intructers. I like the elearningsecurity trainngins, and the idea of having labs to evaluate what you have taken from the learning. I like courses from travis bonfigi like python for network engineers. I would like to see more courses like that. I also like courses on cisco certification and products, I also would like to see more updated content. INE now is a complete soultion for the Information Technology sector, and I hope they stay in this leader position as I see them now. I like INE support team, very fast and friendly.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

I would like new content and more uppdated corses in the cybersecurity, cloud, project managment and system administration. I would like the user interface to be more intuitive, I loved the old one, it was very basic. Now I found my self lost when searching for a specific corse and to find what I need. I would like more courses in Devops and automatiozation. I also would like INE to give user some a lab enviroment, so users can costumize they trainnings. I also see not to much new content or updated content. But I hope INE will improve this thing in the future. a last thing is regarding auto billing, I am facing a lot a problem whe traying to renew. Some of the elearningsecurity content should be updated as it is not fully integrated with the INE platform.

**Recommendations to others considering INE:**

INE is very good place where you can start learning for IT services and solutions. INE has one of the best trainners and very good materials. I also recommend INE forpeople seeking to take certifications in the cybersecurity fields, cisco cetifications. It is every good place to start your learning. It has some good intructors which can help you a lot n your jurney. I like the tokens for the cisco CCIE lab exam, even if they seems a litle expensive, but they will do the job if your seeking to take this journey. INE can help you in your daily job as System administrator, Network adminsitrator, Network security, IT manager or Cybersecurity engineer, consultant.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solvin problems with trainning for specific technology, for example cisco collaboration soultion. Great course to understand every component of the solution. It helped me finish a very coplex project. I improved some of my skills in networking fields, collaboration and cybersecurity using the trainning provided.

  ### 11. Makes you to be a real expert on

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jorge G. | Senior fixed design network consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2021

**What do you like best about INE?**

The topics as well as the facility on teachers provide the information is absolutely fantastic!

**What do you dislike about INE?**

So far nothing. The way how INE has been built, it helps you to understand from novice to expert level just watching videos

**Recommendations to others considering INE:**

It is a great way (as a tool) to use in any IT topic. It is fantastic and with it averybody can achieve not only certification skills but also much knowledge from the industry. The number of topics are quite extensive but sometimes the titles are not exactly from the bottom and few times has happended the content was related to a previous video. If some videos can be placed in order, then would be better for seeking at the right order. For instance: If the topic is Multicast over MPLS then would be great to sort in a filter Multicast related topics and also sort by transport like: MPLS or Internet or L2TP or any other. So an user with no expertise at all within INE portal can easily finds a topic without the need of having to search the topic many times or knowing what are the different expertise level each. In this case the lookup would be more accurate and improve a lot the end user experience

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The information pilot at this moment is tremendeous and it is easy by watching videos to gather experiences from people who already implement some technologies but in addition to learn about the last IT topics from world wide experts

  ### 12. My thoughts

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2022

**What do you like best about INE?**

The number of topics, and the quality of the vidoes.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

I would like to see more short courses to let me get a quick look at a topic I don't need advanced proficiency in.

**Recommendations to others considering INE:**

Schedule your time if you are taking a course with a large hourly commitment.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MS-Teams set up and management, introduction to Python, powershell. Deep dive into Cisco CCNP Collaboration level for refreshing my skills,

  ### 13. Excellent training content, unbeatable lab environments

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2021

**What do you like best about INE?**

The lab environments are excellent. They help in genuinely gaining an understanding of the topic. It is evident that they are well thought out and designed.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

They have not updated some of the content to the latest versions of the tools. The un-updated content would make students require effort to research updated commands and even alternate options.

**Recommendations to others considering INE:**

Anyone starting in cybersecurity and confused about where to start should consider INE as their first step.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For a complex topic such as Cybersecurity, INE has truly made an effort to discuss each topic completely and step by step. This really helped me in understanding the intricacies of various technologies.

  ### 14. I enjoyed INE platform and learning material helps me grow with knowledge.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2022

**What do you like best about INE?**

In INE, I like that they have a lot of material and paths that let me learn in different fields at the same time

**What do you dislike about INE?**

That platform lacks support for learning materials, especially when something isn't clear and needs more description.

**Recommendations to others considering INE:**

If you are looking for knowledge, go for it!

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

INE helping me learn Networking material and getting knowledge to Cybersecurity

  ### 15. The technical content is really high quality with appropriate depth. Love it

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akash P. | N, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2021

**What do you like best about INE?**

I am really happy with INE All Access Pass. The depth and breadth of the area of technology is second to none.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

My only feedback is that INE should release more advance and newer topics for Cisco Data Center technology- like HyperFlex, or ACI Anywhere or VXLAN EVPN with DCNM, App Dynamics, Tetration integration with various Security solution, ISE integration with various Cisco and non-Cisco platform, like ISE /MDM integration etc.

I also like to see more advance Data Center design sessions- which is not focus on command line, but overall design considerations as well various 3rd party integrations.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall INE helps me up to date with technologies like Cisco UC, Networking, Data Center, Security as well help me come up to the speed with Azure, AWS and other cloud based solutions. I also like programming/automation/pyhton courses.

Handbooks and power slides are not provided for the most of the courses.

  ### 17. The only online training platform you'll ever need

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** welson j. | network/cloud administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2021

**What do you like best about INE?**

Instructors are very responsive in emails to answer questions and take suggestions, not other platforms so far I know of has that. They also offer actual rack equipment you can rent for lab practices, not to mention if you have the top tier subscription, you get live boot camp training. Best of all, the instructors does a very thorough job of deep dives on a particular technology without going into academic lectures.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

When I search for keyword and I select the "Video" tab, it does not tell me what course the video belongs.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Leveling up to develop the problem solving skills to swiftly identify, analyze, and troubleshoot problems. To become that superior engineer in this modern tech age.

  ### 18. Best learning platform

  ### 19. Enjoy learning on INE

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer & Network Security | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2021

**What do you like best about INE?**

a lot of courses with professional training style.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

Some lab has issues. And I think it is better if WebApp Pentest Lab using sandbox lab as PortSwigger Web Academy does.
Some Labs has to work on windows, when I connect to the lab via RDP, it's quite laggy.
VPN file kind of annoy when I can only run on linux. (Mac and Windows don't support tap interface).
Also a lot of course are out dated.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't know yet.

  ### 20. A good expérience but i Think you need to offer more practice labs (not ranktal)

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2021

**What do you like best about INE?**

  ### 21. Great Platform with Wide Scope and Good Depth

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael M. | Principal Network Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2021

**What do you like best about INE?**

Scope of Topics and Everything from Entry to Deep explanations. There are almost always great topics and a range of depth to suit what you are looking for. You can "skim the surface" for a quick answer, or you block out time and dive deep if needed.renxord.com

**What do you dislike about INE?**

Wish the content was a little more organized when looking for "latest" updates. It would be nice to be able to see some updates to the content as the technology features update (i.e., VXLAN - implementation from 7.1 is far different than 9.1..)

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Validating Understanding, Examples of how to apply, benefit of some practical application/expertise from the instructors (i.e., book vs real-world)

  ### 22. Active subscriber since 2016

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alejandra G. | Network Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2021

**What do you like best about INE?**

The wide variety of IT Topics available on the platform, as well as the ability to study on the go on a mobile app.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

It is difficult to keep a good track of my active courses. I wish the dashboard were more concise and visually understandable.

**Recommendations to others considering INE:**

I definitely recommend it, you will find a broad range of all IT Topics, the addition of the Security courses is a big plus, and the courses stay relevant.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its a go to repository for multiple IT Topics, not only Vendor/Certification specific, but also the general coursed on wireshark, IT Technologies, etc. And of course great resource to complement Certification specific studies.

  ### 23. Impressive platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lola K. | Cyber Security engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2021

**What do you like best about INE?**

INE is THE platform to use for all the important topics involving IT training. Cybersecurity, Cloud, Networking, Data science ALL in one place. Fantastic courses, excellent instructors, and community!

**What do you dislike about INE?**

I can't think of anything I dislike about INE, and I am an active user in several Cyber Security training platforms!

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am following my career/certification path with INE and reaping amazing benefits!

  ### 24. Highly Valued Product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gerald A. | IT Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2021

**What do you like best about INE?**

Really enjoy the instructors personality and abilities to present the information. The instructors are able to address the depths of the technologies and products with a clarity that doesn't make you feel like they are talking down to you. The substance of the videos for the technologies have over the years kept up with the ever increasing demands to know more and implement it.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

No private purchase and download of product. This really hurts for those that are in areas with lack of bandwidth for quality internet service whether that is in the US or Deployed environments. Also prices are fairly high with the current economic situation for most Americans but still fair.

**Recommendations to others considering INE:**

High quality product, but definitely an investment that should be considered greatly.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Modernization of old and outdated call systems to new Cisco Collaboration environment.

  ### 25. Excellent Online Training Course

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 08, 2021

**What do you like best about INE?**

I like that their courses are taught by professionals with appropriate credential and are working in the field. They give you real world experience versus text book theories. It is close to classroom training and best of all, they also have quizzes/review questions at the end of each training module.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

I totally dislike the current dashboard, it's easier to drill down to the courses that are relevant to the certification path, i.e., CCNA, CCNP, etc.

**What problems is INE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can actually use a lot of what I learned in the day to day operations at my job, from simple spanning tree issues to the more complex issues like problems with multicast setup.

**Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2020

**What do you like best about INE?**

Most of the new skills I need for my networking job are very well explained. It's my main resource to learn for the protocols that I normally don't use in my day to day job like IS-IS and BGP and most of it includes on-hand testing that can be easily copied to my home lab.

**What do you dislike about INE?**

Some of my job responsibilities include Wireless and while everything else is really complete, even enough to do an attempt on the CCIE, on the Wireless track the content is really thin.
