What do you like best about Indusface WAS?

I like to know what digital assets I have, where I have them and what the status is at any given time. detecting state changes in real-time is a critical security challenge. Traditional EDR/XDR products are not suitable for the intended purpose due to signature-based methodologies' inability to detect or prevent malicious activity. I like the presentation of the product, it's very effective and engaging. Not having to respond to countless false positives is worth it's weight in gold. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Indusface WAS?

I think the graphical user interface/dashboard could use a new high-tech futuristic display, not like the current dashboard, your product is state-of-the-art technology but the dashboard looks like it's for a child. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Indusface WAS solving and how is that benefiting you?

I performed a comprehensive review of many security services, EDR/XDR, SOAR/SIEM products and managed services for threat detection, automated response and remediation, so I am really familiar with the pros and the con's. Cybercriminals are evading detection because the logic of current solutions is unable to detect multiple very minor anomalies on different paths, that individually mean nothing, but collectively it's a major event, but not detected or flagged because the minor changes occurred over several days Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Indusface WAS?

What do you like best about Indusface WAS?

Setup and barrier to entry are very low. The UI is modern and feels good. Reports are good-looking and friendly to share with management types. The vulnerability scan is detailed and informative. Their support team was excellent!! We used them for manual pen testing and the on boarding process was simple and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Indusface WAS?

Finding things on the website can be difficult. The automated authenticated scan didn't work on even a moderately complicated site. It seems like it is set up for only very basic/static sites even. Recommendations to others considering Indusface WAS:

Be certain to engage with support if you have issues. Their team was responsive and knowledgeable. Every call I have had with them. they have had the right folks on the call to answer my questions and make commitments/decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Indusface WAS?

The product is very much structured and user friendly. The dashboards and reporting is up to the mark. The automated scan is the best part of the product. The daily pass notifications that come on email remove the need to check the dashboard, unless there is a failure. What do you dislike about Indusface WAS?

Not sure if there is an Android /iOS app for this, that would really help a lot. Also, if there was a feature that sent current status reports on email, that we be helpfull Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A very supportive team backs the excellent product they have. The manual Pen test team was constructive in explaining the issues found and providing suggestions for the resolution. The reports generated are very much in detail, which helps you a lot in a do-it-yourself way. The best feature is the automated scan. The daily notification works like a charm as well. Indusface is a number go-to when you require the full support of the product and the team. The setup of the scans, the trial reports meet most requirements for web application scanning.
