InDoc EDGE combines document management, business processes, e-signing and certified e-archiving in a single system. Every document stays under control through its full lifecycle, from capture and drafting through review, approval and signing to compliant long term archiving and disposal. Access rights, version control and a built in audit trail record who accessed a document, what was changed and who approved it. Core capabilities Document management: structured organization of documentation, version control, access and change control Business process management: multi level approvals and automation of document driven processes Audit trail and access control: every access and every change is recorded automatically E-signing: digital signing in line with eIDAS, including different signature levels Certified e-archiving: legally compliant long term archiving, certified by the Archives of the Republic of Slovenia, with conversion to preservation formats (PDF/A, TIFF, XML) and time stamping under RFC 6283 Integrations: ERP, HR and other business systems, Microsoft 365, SAP, open API, mobile app with full traceability on any device AI capabilities: conversational search, automatic document classification and chat with document, all inside the audited system, with every AI answer citing its source. AI suggests, the system proves, the user decides. Typical use cases: contract management, invoice approval, ISO documentation and audit readiness, HR documentation, board meetings and resolutions, finance and procurement, e-archiving.
