Why we built it Locus Korea runs cold-chain and ambient fulfillment centers in Korea. When we counted the messages our clients sent to our team chat rooms, about 40% of them asked things the warehouse system already knew: did today's orders ship, has the inbound stock arrived, how many units are left. Our staff kept opening the system, checking, and typing the answer back. Indigo turns that around: it sends the answer first. What Indigo does - Stock-out alerts: finds SKUs that will run out within days based on recent sales, and suggests a reorder quantity - Shipping checks: flags orders that still have no tracking number, separates freight and scheduled orders so it does not raise false delays - Inbound and sales changes: overdue inbound stock, sudden sales spikes or drops by channel - Daily briefing and end-of-day shipping status, plus urgent alerts grouped per client or brand - Questions in chat: ask "how many units of SKU-123 are left?" or "are all labels printed today?" and get the number from your own data, not a guess Works with what you have Indigo connects with read-only keys to WMS, OMS, marketplaces and ERP systems, including Shopify, Amazon, Shopee, Cafe24, Coupang, Sabangnet and more than 180 other systems, with an Excel upload for anything else. It never changes your data. Alerts go to Slack, LINE, Microsoft Teams, Telegram, NAVER WORKS, Google Chat, Discord, KakaoWork and other messengers, in 8 languages. Security Each company's data is isolated at the database level, connection keys are stored encrypted and never displayed again, and disconnecting stops collection immediately.
