IndexProbe is the bulk version of Google's URL Inspection tool. Where GSC lets you inspect one URL at a time to get its official indexation status, IndexProbe runs the same inspection across your entire site — or any custom selection of URLs — and returns Google's exact verdict for each one: Indexed, Crawled – Currently Not Indexed, Discovered – Currently Not Indexed, Soft 404, Duplicate without user-selected canonical, and every other status in Google's coverage taxonomy. Along with the canonical Google chose, the last crawl date, and noindex tag visibility. GSC's coverage report lets you view up to 1,000 URLs per problematic status — but cross-referencing statuses and exporting each one separately is tedious. IndexProbe gives you the full picture in one place: all statuses, all URLs, filterable and exportable together. IndexProbe also surfaces crawl data for your entire site or by page segment: crawl rate over the last 30 days, average crawl frequency, and the breakdown of recently crawled, stale, and never-crawled pages — all from GSC data, with the speed and simplicity of a SaaS tool rather than a log analyzer setup. Finally, IndexProbe is a monitoring tool. Analyses relaunch automatically on a schedule, and an email digest lands in your inbox at the end of each run — flagging indexation changes and crawl regressions across your strategic pages, so you can act before traffic drops. The Comparison view ties it together: run two analyses on the same site and see exactly how each status evolved — how many pages moved from "Crawled – Currently Not Indexed" to "Indexed," how crawl coverage shifted between audits. IndexProbe is built for SEO consultants, agencies, and in-house teams who need Google's official indexation data across their entire site — without inspecting URLs one by one.
