Indemnia helps public adjusters build contents schedules that hold up with the carrier. Your client connects their email, read-only, and Indemnia finds purchase receipts going back years. Room photos fill the gaps. Every line gets replacement cost, depreciation and actual cash value, with the receipt or photo attached. When the carrier sends its depreciation report, Indemnia reads it and compares it with your schedule line by line, so you can see which items were depreciated harder than they should be. It then tracks the recoverable depreciation still owed until it's paid. Loss reports export as a PDF or as a spreadsheet XactContents can load. Pricing is flat per firm with unlimited users. Homeowners can use Indemnia on their own, before or after a loss.
