An intuitive way for participants to share photos, videos, and comments from the comfort of their phones. Easy for researchers to access rich information. I loved having AI transcripts, which made it easy to search across all the videos. Easy to take notes on the videos, too. One of the most compelling reasons to use Indeemo is the genuinely outstanding customer service every step of the way! There were a couple of minor issues with ease of searching, but they were mere inconveniences rather than anything major. It would have been nice to be able to download my notes along with photos and videos. I would also love to have been able to download the rich media files to Dropbox or Box, as the files were huge. But, I greatly appreciated that our contacts were open to hearing our concerns and seemed 100% dedicated to addressing these issues in future iterations of the platform. Sometimes I get logged out of the system and the password reset kicks me out

From my perspective as a researcher and module tutor, the best things about Indeemo are: 1) the team behind the technology who could not be more helpful or supportive 2) the highly intuitive interface for participants that works on most devices 3) the variety of ways in which projects can be set up and range of media with which participants can engage with tasks. The interface is easy & intuitive for both researchers & respondents given the high similarity to Instagram. Everything about Indeemo is easy, from submitting your project to setting up/editing your task list and interacting with respondents. Being able to add recruiters is also extremely helpful, especially on big projects. The Indeemo team is very accommodating, reactive and always go the extra mile to make sure everything goes to plan! I love that Indeemo offers simple, intuitive user interface to organize and sort through qualitative interview data. We are able to conduct interviews, interact with respondents, and gather the data we need easily and promptly. The platform tends to run more slowly the more data you collect (videos take a while to load, etc.). I also wish there were a more simple way to give respondents pseudonyms in the platform for easy reference in subsequent coding and analysis. It would also be great to be able to use pseudonyms when commenting or probing respondents (e.g., choose a man's name as my moderator username for studies that only involve men, or vice versa).
