Many potential candidates are already familiar with it and use it regularly. This makes the recruitment process easier and more efficient. The platform also offers some useful tools to filter and evaluate candidates, such as the assessments feature. Moreover, the platform facilitates the management of interviews and scheduling. **What do you dislike about Indeed Hiring Platform?** Sponsoring a job ad can be expensive if you don't have the right skills. I had some experience with ppc campaigns before, which helped me a lot. Our recruiters, however, were not very skilled and wasted a lot of money on their ads. The assessments also don't give enough information about the candidates.
