What I like best is how quickly Indeed Hiring Events help connect employers with a large pool of candidates in one place. It streamlines the recruiting process by allowing us to meet multiple applicants efficiently instead of scheduling individual interviews one by one.

One downside is that the quality of candidates can vary, and not everyone who signs up always shows up. It can also feel a bit rushed at times, which makes it harder to do deeper, more thorough interviews with each candidate.
