The easiest way to describe Code42 is that it just works. That statement goes for the consumer version I use at home and the enterprise version we have implemented at work. Once our enterprise instance was configured, adding users was as easy as installing the software and having them log in. You can easily deploy to your mobile workforce and have syncronizations take place automatically with or without VPN connectivity. Additionally, files are encrypted, and from a security standpoint, issues are mitigated from an access standpoint. No longer having the administrative overhead of having to tunnel restore requests to an FTE is a godsend for both user and admin. Being able to do legal holds on remote systems that employees refuse to turn in, also fantastic. Frankly there isn't one feature which once used, doesn't end paying for the whole thing.
